WWE RAW Spoilers for December 22 – The final RAW before Christmas was taped Friday night at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and the show is packed with storyline movement, faction drama, and major announcements heading into the end of 2025.

The night opened with a dark match, where Alpha Academy defeated American Made via pinfall.

CM Punk and Rey Mysterio were announced for a tag team match later in the night against two members of The Vision. Before the action got underway, Paul Heyman and Austin Theory appeared in a backstage promo to set the tone for the episode.

Rhea Ripley faced Asuka in singles action, with Asuka scoring a surprise rollup victory. Backstage, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman were shown debating whether Austin Theory should officially be allowed to join their group.

Becky Lynch made her return to RAW and cut a promo, but Maxxine Dupri interrupted her. Dupri delivered what was described as the best promo of her career. The confrontation escalated quickly, and Maxxine once again made Becky tap out — this time with a perfectly applied ankle lock.

Two major matches were announced for the December 29 episode of RAW: AJ Styles and Dragon Lee will defend the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles against The Usos, and Stephanie Vaquer will defend the WWE Women’s Championship against Raquel Rodriguez and Nikki Bella in a triple threat match.

Je’Von Evans picked up a pinfall victory over Rayo Americano. Nikki Bella later appeared and delivered a fiery “I’m a legend” promo, reminding the crowd of her legacy and dominance.

Bayley defeated Roxanne Perez in a match filled with chaos. Raquel Rodriguez attempted to distract the referee, but it backfired. Roxanne had Bayley pinned for a full eight seconds, but the referee missed it. Liv Morgan pulled Raquel off the apron, leading to an argument between the Judgment Day women. Tension within the group is clearly escalating.

Two more matches were announced for the January 5 episode of RAW: Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY will challenge The Kabuki Warriors for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles, and Maxxine Dupri will defend the Intercontinental Championship against Becky Lynch.

A backstage segment with Judgment Day followed, showing the women still arguing while Finn Bálor and Dominik Mysterio looked on in confusion. Liv and Roxanne appeared aligned, while Raquel continued to unravel.

Gunther came out for a promo, but CM Punk interrupted him. Rey Mysterio soon joined the confrontation, leading to a tense three-way exchange that ended with a heated stare down between Punk and Gunther. Later, Gunther confronted AJ Styles backstage once again.

The main event saw CM Punk and Rey Mysterio take on Bronson Reed and Austin Theory. Theory scored the pinfall over Rey, giving The Vision the victory to close the show.
