Tony Burton had allegedly sent the sex tape to an editor of Gawker named A.JDaulerio back in 2012.Hogan is taking Burton to court as well as Tonys firm which is called Don Buchwald Associates, for conspiring to extort money from him, and also for leaking the racist remarks to National Enquirer.
