AJ Lee wasted no time setting the tone as the new Women’s Intercontinental Champion on the March 2 episode of WWE RAW.

Just days after defeating Becky Lynch at Elimination Chamber with the Black Widow to capture the championship, AJ addressed the live crowd. She reflected on her victory and admitted she once questioned whether she could still perform at the highest level after being away for nearly a decade.

The audience responded with loud “You deserve it!” chants. AJ thanked the fans who continued to support her during her absence. She acknowledged that there were times when people tried to erase her legacy, but said the connection with the audience never disappeared.

AJ stated that defeating Becky Lynch, whom she called “the best of the best,” confirmed that she still belongs at the top of the division. The win, she explained, proved she remains championship material.

She then shifted her focus forward. AJ made it clear she does not plan to wait until WrestleMania 42 to put the title on the line. Calling herself a fighting champion, she issued an open challenge to the entire women’s locker room.

“If you think that you are championship material… then come at me,” she said, promising that her next match would be a title defense.

No one answered the challenge immediately. However, the situation adds another layer to the Road to WrestleMania 42. Becky Lynch has already made it known she wants a rematch, but AJ’s open invitation leaves the door open for any challenger.

The only certainty is that AJ Lee intends to defend her championship before WrestleMania. The question now is who will step forward first.
