Reports from Bodyslam show that Sky will likely work with her former Damage CTRL partners, The Kabuki Warriors, as the big show in Las Vegas gets closer. WWE has carefully kept Asuka and Iyo Sky apart on WWE RAW and SmackDown recently. This is because a singles match between them is the current plan for the event.

While a one-on-one match is the goal, some people in the company want to add Kairi Sane to the mix. This would change the match into a triple threat. Asuka and Kairi Sane have been moving toward a breakup for several months. A triple threat match is being discussed as a way to finish their long history together on a big stage.
