The match began with Tommaso Ciampa and RUSH as the first two entrants after securing their spots in qualifying matches. They were followed by Bandido and Mike Bailey, with additional participants including Clon, PAC, Daniel Garcia, Anthony Bowens, Knight, and Wheeler Yuta.

The match featured several standout moments. Bandido hit a sudden 21 Plex on Ciampa and later took out multiple competitors with a tope suicida. Ciampa responded by delivering a suplex that wiped out several wrestlers at once, keeping the pace intense.

PAC nearly secured the win after landing a Black Arrow on Speedball, but Ciampa broke up the pin with a knee strike. Ciampa then attempted a pin of his own, only for Yuta to pull him out of the ring before the count could be completed.

As the match continued, Garcia locked Speedball in a submission, appearing close to victory. However, Knight entered the sequence at the right moment, breaking it up and hitting the UFO Splash on Garcia to secure the pinfall and win the championship.
