According to a report from both PWInsider.com and ProWrestlingSheet.com, Ring of Honor Wrestling has signed former WWE Superstar Pierre Carl Ouellet to a full-time talent contract.
Longtime fans may remember Ouellet as one-half of The Quebecers along with “The Mountie” Jacques Rougeau. The Quebecers were three-time WWE World Tag Team
