WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair will not be attending “The Roast of Ric Flair” during Starrcast II weekend in Las Vegas, according to TMZ.
Flair is still set to undergo surgery today and as such will not be healthy enough to make the trip from Atlanta to Las Vegas
