WWE has announced via their official Japanese-language website that WWE Hall of Famer Hisashi Shinma will make a special appearance at the company’s June 28 live event at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo as part of their upcoming tour of Japan.
Shinma served as President of WWE from 1978 until 1984
