WWE has reportedly given up on owning EC3’s name and dropped the trademark application. 
PWInsider reports that the company “abandoned” the trademark on January 25th and they did not respond to a notice about an initial refusal from July 24th last year. The trademark was originally blocked because EC3 already registered
