At Sunday night’s Raw-exclusive WWE Payback event, Chris Jericho defeated Kevin Owens to become the brand new United States Champion.
As a result of his victory, Jericho also officially became the newest member of the SmackDown LIVE roster as well.
Jericho’s victory marks his second reign as champion.
