As was previously reported, former Impact Wrestling President Billy Corgan has been attempting to finalize a purchase of the National Wrestling Alliance. The process has been troublesome for Corgan due to some legal issues, specifically a problem with trademark issues.
According to PWInsider.com, these issues have been resolved and all NWA assets have been officially turned over to Billy Corgan’s Lighting One Inc.
