Tony Khan Talks Possible AEW All In Changes

Tony Khan Talks Possible AEW All In Changes – Tony Khan revealed during Tuesday’s media call that he expects changes for Sunday’s All In pay-per-view from London’s Wembley Stadium.

“There will be adjustments to the card, some of them have been planned from the beginning, some are things we’re dealing with on the fly,” he said.

Tony Khan refrained from providing detailed information about the specific changes that will occur, as well as when they will be officially announced. It’s worth noting that both the live Dynamite and the taped Saturday’s Collision events are scheduled for this Wednesday, while Rampage was already taped last Saturday.

Despite Cash Wheeler’s recent arrest for aggravated assault with a firearm, the alterations don’t seem to affect the AEW Tag Team title match between FTR and the Young Bucks. According to reports as of Tuesday morning, Wheeler is expected to appear at All In. Khan addressed the situation by acknowledging the seriousness of it while also mentioning that he lacks complete information at the moment.

“I expect more changes. They were not changes I wanted to make or planned to make,” he said. “There will probably be some changes to the card necessitated by things happening in the real world, stuff in some cases that is nobody’s fault, but stuff that is not related to the world of professional wrestling.”

Khan shared that he is actively working to address certain aspects to enhance the upcoming All In pay-per-view. He emphasized that these changes are being implemented this week and are designed to improve the event. Khan assured that the modifications won’t compromise the overall quality of the show. He plans to provide more insights after the event concludes, emphasizing that these alterations weren’t anticipated even within the past few weeks.

Khan expressed his gratitude that none of these adjustments will impact the main event, featuring AEW World Champion MJF defending against Adam Cole. He regarded their storyline’s success as a blessing that has positively impacted both the company and the event’s card.

Regarding other anticipated participants, Khan mentioned that he initially intended for Bryan Danielson to play a significant role in a main match, but an unforeseen injury derailed those plans. He also revealed that he had intended prominent roles for Jamie Hayter and PAC, but their unavailability due to injuries resulted in significant changes to the original plans.
