10-Knockout Tag Team Match Announced for Impact 1000 – Impact Wrestling’s 1000th episode is set to feature a significant 10-Knockout tag team match, adding to the excitement surrounding the milestone episode.

Gail Kim and Awesome Kong, both Impact Hall of Famers who are coming out of retirement, will join forces with Knockouts World Champion Trinity, Jordynne Grace, and an undisclosed mystery partner in the upcoming 10-Knockout tag team match. Their opponents will consist of Deonna Purrazzo, Savannah Evans, Gisele Shaw, and two mystery partners of their own. The teams will be accompanied to the ring by Raisha Saeed for the babyfaces and Velvet Sky and Jai Vidal for the heels.

The identity of the mystery partners has yet to be revealed, but the likes of ODB and Traci Brooks have been announced for the Impact 1000 Fan Celebration happening on the same day. More current and former stars are expected to be unveiled for both the Fan Celebration and the 1000th episode in the coming week.

The 1000th episode of Impact Wrestling is scheduled to air on Thursday, September 14, following the Victory Road pay-per-view. The episode will be taped on Saturday, September 9, at the Westchester County Center in White Plains, NY. In addition to the 1000th episode, Impact will also record additional episodes on the same night to lead up to the Bound For Glory pay-per-view on Saturday, October 21.
