Earlier today photos of WWE Superstar Paige were being spread across the internet with many pointing out she looks gaunt and unhealthily thin. Paige has responded to concerns for her health with the following photo on her Twitter page.

She is currently facing charges after a domestic violence incident with El Patron at the Orlando International Airport earlier this month.
