Out comes Dalton Castle and The Boys to keep this going even longer. Awesome! They make their big extravagant entrance and get in the ring. The fans break out into a “Dalton Castle!” chant. The Boys go out and take the trophy.

The fans chant “That’s not yours!” They present it to Dalton Castle, who breaks it, and a brawl breaks out. Aubrey Edwards runs out and rings the bell. An impromptu AEW Trios Championship match is now underway.

The Boys get a pinata but The Acclaimed take it from them and beat them down and break it over Dalton Castle’s head. They throw out the stuff in the pinata to the crowd. We head to a mid-match commercial break on that note. When we return, The Acclaimed finish them off for the win to retain.

Andrade El Idolo To Respond To CJ Perry’s Offer Next

We send things backstage to Lexy Nair, who is standing by with Andrade El Idolo. She asks about CJ Perry’s offer to him. He says he keeps his business private but will give his answer to CJ Perry’s face next week.

Kip Sabian & The Workhorsemen vs. Mark Briscoe, Dustin Rhodes & Keith Lee

Now we return inside the INTRUST Bank Arena where Kip Sabian and The Workhorsemen make their way down to the ring for our next match of the evening. The three settle inside the ring and await the arrival of their opposition.

“Reach for the sky, boy!” hits the house speakers and out comes Mark Briscoe. He stops and his theme dies down. The theme for his partners plays and out comes “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes and “Limitless” Keith Lee. The three head to the ring.

The bell sounds and we’re officially off-and-running with this one. All six guys brawl early on. When the smoke clears and the dust settles, we see Anthony Henry help establish the early offensive lead for his team. Kip Sabian tags in and takes over, beating on Briscoe as the crowd tries rallying behind him.

JD Drake tags in, but so does Dustin Rhodes, and it is “The Natural” who takes over control of the action, shifting the offense into the favor of the babyface trio. We see a series of big dives out to the floor and then Keith Lee takes over with power man spots in the ring. Briscoe comes off the top with a froggy-bow for the win. Fun match.

Willow Nightingale vs. Emi Sakura

We are informed that the scheduled women’s bout between Willow Nightingale and Emi Sakura in a rematch of their recent showdown will be up next when we return. As we settle back in from the break, Lexy Nair is backstage.

Nair introduces her guest at this time, Mark Briscoe. Briscoe goes on to issue a challenge to Jay White to put his AEW Full Gear 2023 title shot against MJF on-the-line in a match against him on next week’s AEW Dynamite. The bout was later confirmed by Tony Khan.

Back inside the arena, Emi Sakura’s theme hits and out she comes in her royal attire for our co-main event of the evening here on this week’s show. Her theme music dies down as she settles inside the squared circle.

The fun, upbeat entrance tune for her opponent plays now and out comes Willow Nightingale to a big pop. She settles in the ring, her tune dies down and the bell sounds to get this match officially off-and-running. Sakura jumps into the early lead, knocking Willow out to the floor and splashing on her against the steps.

Back in the ring, Emi continues to beat down Nightingale as the fans try and rally behind the former NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion. On that note, we shift gears and head into a mid-match commercial break as the action continues. When we return, Willow fights her way to victory.

Keith Leith Confronts Samoa Joe Backstage

We shoot backstage to Lexy Nair, who is standing by with Samoa Joe. “The King of Television” reminds MJF of his offer to watch his back. He then touts his record reign as the longest running ROH TV Champion when he is confronted by Keith Lee. The two exchange words and a match is made for next week’s Dynamite.

Ricky Starks, Big Bill & The Gates Of Agony vs. LFI & FTR

It’s main event time!

When we return, The Gates of Agony make their way out, followed by their partners, AEW World Tag-Team Champions “Absolute” Ricky Starks and Big Bill. The four-man team settle in the ring as their music dies down.

Now the theme for LFI hits and out comes the returning RUSH and Preston Vance. They settle in the ring and the music stops. The Midnight Express-sounding entrance tune for FTR hits and out comes Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler for our final match of the evening.

All eight men are in the ring for this headline bout. The bell sounds and we’re officially off-and-running with this one. Preston Vance and Big Bill kick things off for their respective teams. Jim Ross joins Tony Schiavone and Nigel McGuinness in replacing Kevin Kelly for the call of our main event.

Preston Vance starts off strong against the larger Big Bill, to the surprise of the commentators. Big Bill levels him with a lariat to kill his momentum dead in its’ tracks. Bishop Kaun tags in, as does Cash Wheeler. Kaun takes it to him initially, but Wheeler takes over and tags in Dax Harwood, who picks up where he left off, taking it to Kaun.

We head to a mid-match commercial break as the action continues. When we return, we see things come unglued, as all eight men start brawling in and out of the ring. RUSH helps Harwood hit a Big Rigg and then follows up by giving the horns for the pin fall victory.

After the match, LFI refuses to shake hands with FTR. They walk off. The lights go out. The House of Black appear on the big screen and deliver a warning to FTR. The lights come back on and The House of Black are standing behind FTR. They proceed to beat them down.

Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta of the Blackpool Combat Club run out with a steel chair and start fighting off The House of Black. Castagnoli goes for the swing on Malakai Black but Brody King pulls him out for the save. That’s how this week’s show goes off the air. Thanks for joining us!
