Riley with a double leg take down and cover on Cruz for a near fall.  Cruz with a sunset flip for a near fall.  Cruz with a side head lock take down.  Cruz with an arm drag into an arm bar.  Wilde tags in and he hits a slingshot splash for a near fall.  Wilde with an Irish whip to Riley and Riley leaps over Wilde.  Wilde with a drop kick to send Riley into the corner but Duke tags in and hits a side slam.  Wilde with a jaw breaker and Cruz tags in.  They go for a double suplex but Duke blocks it and hits a double suplex of his own.  Duke with a double clothesline to send Cruz and Wilde over the top rope to the floor.  Riley tags ina nd hits a Fosbury Flop onto Cruz and Wilde.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Wilde with an arm bar.  Riley with a punch and he goes for a belly-to-back into a face buster for a near fall.  Cruz tags in and he chops Riley.  Wilde with a chop of his own.  They Irish whip Riley and he hits a twisting senton.  Riley kicks Cruz away and tags in Duke.  Duke with forearms and a running boot.  Duke blocks a kick and he hits a series of jabs and hits the U Elbow.  Duke sends Wilde into the air.  Duke goes for a power bomb but Cruz gets to his feet and he hits an enzuigiri and poisonrana.  Cruz runs into the corner and Duke with a uranage for a near fall.  Duke goes for a power bomb and Cruz escapes.  Cruz with a kick and Wilde tags in.

Duke with a side slam on Cruz but Wilde hits a missile drop kick when the referee does not make the count.  Wilde with a thrust kick to Duke and a kick to Riley.  Wilde with a suicide dive into a tornado DDT on the floor.  Cruz tags in and Wilde hits a double jump moonsault.  Cruz with a twisting senton for the three count.

Winners:  Cruz del Toro and Joaquin Wilde (advance to face Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes)

– Adrianna is in the back and she says she is excited and nervous for tonight.  She says it is her first match.  Channing says they always take care of themselves.  Tony reminds Rizzo of what she has done with past fights.  Rizzo says those people deserved it.  Tony tells Rizzo the women in the battle royal deserve it.

– We go to Robert Stone and Von Wagner talking about Von’s New Year’s Resolution.  Oro Mensah and Noam Dar show up and Von throws something into the trophy. Von asks for a match and Noam says there are rules to get a match. Noam says he has to beat Von in a Heritage Cup rules match and Von does not understand.  Noam says he has to beat him two out of three falls. Noam leaves. Von says he wants to win gold in 2024.

Dijak vs. Trey Bearhill

Trey blocks a kick and he applies a side head lock.  Trey with a back body drop and a shoulder tackle.  Trey with punches but Dijak gets free and crotches Trey on the middle rope and follows with a super kick for a near fall.  Dijak with a forearm and a running back elbow.  Dijak with a back elbow and forearm.  Dijak sets for a suplex throws and sends Trey to the mat.  Dijak gets a near fall.  Trey with punches and Dijak with a knee and forearm to the back.  Dijak with a kick to Trey followed by an elbow drop for a near fall.  Dijak with elbows and forearms in the corner.  Trey suplexes Dijak into the turnbuckles.  Trey with a splash into the corner but Dijak with a forearm and clothesline to send Trey over the top rope to the floor.  Dijak sends Trey into the apron a few times and then into the ringside barrier.

Joe head butts Dijak when Dijak has words for Vic and Booker.  Trey sends Dijak into the apron and back into the ring.  Trey with chops.  Trey with a back rake and a cross body for a near fall.  Trey with a nerve hold but Dijak with a snap mare and a Cyclone kick for the three count.

Winner:  Dijak

After the match, Gacy attacks Dijak and they fight to the back. Lexis King with a running knee to the back and he hits the straitjakcet neck breaker.  

– Josh Briggs is in the back and JBL shows up to say hello. Josh says he was looking at his match to see how he could improve.  He asks JBL for advice.  JBL asks Josh if he knows why he picked him for the qualifier.  He wants Josh to know who he is.  JBL says he showed the world that he was a Wrestling God.  JBL says he wants Josh to show NXT and WWE who he is.

We go to commercial.

– We have a video package for DrewVolution.

He says the last few weeks have been disappointing and it is time for them to train harder.  They have a common goal of showing no quarter and no mercy.  It is about conditioning.  There are no limits except the limitations of the mind.  Going forward they have worked out a catch clause.  They will decide who steps forward to compete.  They will show no pity, no mercy, and no quarter.

– Carmelo Hayes in in the locker room and Trick shows up and he apologizes about the title match.  Hayes says he understands that Trick wants this match. Trick says they will win the Dusty Cup at Vengeance Day.  Then he beats Ilja for the title.  Trick says they have each other’s backs.  Hayes says they cannot sleep on the LWO.  He tells Trick to focus on what is in front of them.

– Next week, we will have the contract signing for the Women’s Title Match at Vengeance Day.  Axiom and Nathan Frazer will face Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin next week in a semifinal match.

– We are told about the injury that Cora Jade suffered over the weekend. We are told that Wren Sinclair has taken Cora’s place in the match.

Number One Contender Battle Royal

People pair off as the bell rings.  Jordan and Izzi exchange forearms while Parker and Rizzo fight on the floor.  Gigi sends Jackson to the apron and she slams her hand into the turnbuckle and head butts Jackson off the apron to eliminate her.  Rizzo and Parker return to the ring and they exchange forearms.  Legend grabs both of them and sends them to the apron but they save themselves.  Izzi pushes Lash into Rizzo to eliminate her and then Izzi knocks Rizzo off the apron to eliminate her.  Jordan goes up top and hits a cross body but is caught by Lash and Izzi.  They press her over their head but she gets back to her feet.  They kick Jordan and sends her over the to rope and she hangs on to the ropes so Lash and Izzi go after each other instead of eliminating Jordan.

Jordan gets knocked off the apron but she lands on someone and falls onto the announce table.  Jordan channels her inner Kofi or Naomi as we go to commercial.

We are back and we see how Kelani Jordan got back into the match. 

We see Stevie Turner eliminated during the break.  

Reece gets Lola up and sends her to the apron but Lopez eliminates Reece from behind and helps Lola back in.  They hug.  Lopez has some words for Reece and Lola eliminates Lopez.  Paxley eliminates Vice.   Lopez and Vice fight to the back.  Blair tries to eliminate Hail but Karmen makes the save.  Gigi with an STO to Blair and she sends Blair to the apron.  Gigi with a forearm and a drop kick but Blair hangs on to the ropes.  Gigi goes over the top rope when Blair pulls down the ropes and Gigi is eliminated.  Blair brings Thea to the apron and Thea with a head butt.  Blair with a kick and Blari sets for a Bea Trigger but Karmen with a crescent kick.  Blair pulls Karmen to the floor and hits a Bea Trigger.

Blair sends Karmen back into the ring and she is not moving, but no one goes to eliminate her.  Lash kicks Thea and Paxley goes for a rana but Lash blocks it and uses Tatum to hit people.  Tatum kicks Lash from the apron and she goes for a springboard move but Lash with a boot to eliminate Tatum.  Karmen is still not moving and NO ONE has touched her.  Grace tries to eliminate Lash but Lash pushes her away.  Izzi sends Grace to the mat and Grace shows some frustration.  Grace sees the unconscious Petrovic and picks her up and puts her over the top rope to eliminate her.  Grace acts like she won a pageant but Thea eliminates Grace.

Kiana sends Thea into the turnbuckles a few times.  Thea sends Kiana into the turnbuckles.  Jordan tries to eliminate Izzi.  Lash with a back breaker to Thea.  Sinclair sends Perez to the ropes but Perez holds on.  Perez goes to the apron and holds on to the ropes.  Hail with a kick to Dame and a forearm to James.  Thea gets back into the ring.  Thea sends Dame into the turnbuckles and tries to choke her.  Thea with an elbow to Dame.  Dame with an Iris whip and Thea has a kick blcoked but Thea with a knee lift.  Dame goes into the turnbuckles and Thea hits a bulldog.  Thea with a clothesline to Jaems and Henley and Jordan.  Thea with an elbow to Jordan in the corner and then she gives Lash a DDT.  Thea kicks Perez and hits a swinging neck breaker.  Thea with an exploder to Sinclair.  Thea with a flip senton to Sinclair and a springboard coffin drop.  Thea with a senton to Perez and a springboard coffin drop to Perez.  Thea with an exploder to James followed by a flip senton and a springboard coffin drop attempt but Dame catches Thea and sends her to the floor.

Fallon sends James to the apron and Fallon with a forearm.  Dame makes the save for James.  Lash with a forearm to James and then Dame and Lash go back and forth and both hit running clotheslines and go down.  Fallon and Perez eliminate Dame.  Lash with a double clothesline to Fallon and Perez.  Lash punches Henley and she sends Perez to the apron.  Lash with a kick and Sinclair eliminates Lash.

Sinclair sends James to the apron and James eliminates Sinclair.

We are down to the final four and they are Kiana James, Fallon Henley, Roxanne Perez, and Kelani Jordan.

James with a knee and forearm to Henley but Henley fires back.  Perez and Jordan exchange punches.  Fallon sends James into Jordan and James with an enzuigiri.  James and Henley with punches at the same time and both go down.  Perez with a suicide dive to Henley.  JOrdan with an Asai moonsault to James and Dame.  Jordan blocks a side Russian leg sweep and she gets a near fall with a rollup.  Perez with a near fall.  Jordan with a near fall of her own.  Perez with a victory bomb on Jordan for a near fall.  Henley sends Perez into the turnbuckles and then hits an elbow on Jordan.  Henley with a jumping side kick to Perez and a springboard blockbuster to Jordan for a near fall.  James with a shoulder to Jordan and then to Perez.

Henley with a back elbow to James .  James with a spinebuster to Henley for a near fall.  Jordan drop kicks Perez and she kicks James and misses a Playmaker.  James with 401k to Jordan.  James sends Perez to the turnbuckles and James avoids Pop Rox.  James puts Perez on the turnbuckles for a superplex but Perez blocks it.  Perez goes under for a power bomb but James holds on to the ropes.  James kicks Henley off the apron and Perez kicks James on the turnbuckles.  Perez goes for a Frankensteiner to James but Jordan with a frog splash to James and Perez breaks up the cover.  Henley with a shining wizard to James but Perez sends Henley to the apron and Perez with a super kick.  Jordan kicks Perez and Jordan goes for a split legged moonsault but Dame pulls James out of the way.  Perez with a kick and Pop Rox to Jordan for the three count.

Winner:  Roxanne Perez

After the match, Lyra Vlakyria makes her way to the ring to hold up her title belt and have a stare down from a distance.
