Brogan Finlay Makes NXT TV Debut Under New Name

Brogan Finlay Makes NXT TV Debut Under New Name – Brogan Finlay, son of WWE Performance Center coach Fit Finlay, has made his WWE television debut under a new persona.

Now known as Uriah Connors, Finlay debuted on Tuesday’s Roadblock edition of NXT in a match against the returning Shawn Spears, which ended in a quick loss.

Connors’ signing with WWE was reported last December following his participation in a tryout in September 2023. He made his NXT debut at a live event last month, where he faced off against Charlie Dempsey.

Prior to joining WWE, Connors wrestled on the independent circuit under the name Brogan Finlay. He made his professional debut in 2021 and also competed in NJPW events in the United States, often teaming with his brother David. David Finlay, Uriah’s brother, held the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship before losing it to Nic Nemeth last month.

Uriah Connors has also appeared for promotions such as GCW, Wrestling Revolver, and Black Label Pro during his time on the independents.
