Billy Corgan Gets A Temporary Restraining Order Against TNA And Dixie Carter

As we reported an hour or so back, Billy Corgan filed a lawsuit against Impact Wrestling, their parent company Impact Ventures LLC, TNA Chief Financial Officer Dean Broadhead, TNA Chairperson Dixie Carter, and even Dixie Carters husband Serg Salias. The suit was filed in Chancery Court in Nashville Tennessee this past Wednesday.A temporary restraining order has been approved, with Corgan filing a bond earlier on today to support it. Expect a hearing to happen next Friday October 20th at 1130AM for a temporary injunction. He has requested a six-person jury to decide the outcome of the case.As
