We see Kayla Braxton standing by with Dakota Kai, who has Asuka and Kairi Sane standing behind her. She is asked about Bayley’s attack of IYO SKY and assures Braxton that Bayley will get dealt with at WrestleMania XL. She also vows to beat Bianca Belair later tonight. We head to another commercial break.Austin Theory & Grayson Waller vs. The Street ProfitsLegado Del Fantasma vs. New Catch Republic
Now we head back inside the arena, where a beaten up Legado Del Fantasma from the previous segment is recovered and waiting on the arrival of their opponents for our second of two Six Pack Challenge Ladder Match Qualifying bouts for tonight’s show.
With that said, the theme for New Catch Republic hits and out comes the duo of Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne. The bell sounds and we’re officially off-and-running with this one. We see Legado Del Fantasma jump into the early offensive lead, however “The Big Strong Boi” helps the New Catch Republic start to take over.
After we see Bate leap off the shoulders of Dunne on the ropes in the corner for a big splash on Legado Del Fantasma on the floor at ringside, we shift gears and head into a mid-match commercial break as this high stakes tag-team tilt continues.
Back from the break, Bate tags in and gets Berto up on his soldiers. Berto tags out to Angel, and Angel helps out Berto. Berto then powerbombs Bate, and Angelo follows it up with a springboard moonsault. Berto sits Bate on the top rope, then tags in Angel. Angel and Berto send Bate crashing off the top rope and Angel goes for a pin, but Dunne breaks the fall. Dunne and Berto then begin brawling, but Angel takes out Dunne. Bate lands a strike on Berto, then tags in Bate. New Catch Republic then delivers the Birmingham Hammer for the win.
Winner: New Catch Republic
– We head over to a video showing what happened in the closing moments of Monday’s episode of “Raw”.
Backstage:
We then shoot to Paul Heyman in the locker room of The Bloodline. He reveals that The Rock did that per orders of “The Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns. Jimmy Uso says per orders of “The Tribal Chief,” Jey Uso isn’t making it to WrestleMania. Solo Sikoa says per orders of “The Tribal Chief,” he’s taking him out next week.
– Back inside the arena, AJ Styles’ theme hits and “The Phenomenal One” makes his way out and heads to the ring. As he settles inside the squared circle, we shift gears and head into a quick commercial break.
– As we settle back in from the break, Graves and Barrett promote events scheduled for WWE World during WrestleMania XL Week next week in Philadelphia, PA.
In the Arena:
We then return inside the Mohegan Sun Arena where we see Styles in the ring with a microphone in his hand.
Styles says it’s been a little over a week, and blames fans for being the reason LA Knight came to his house and attacked him in his front yard. He says he has big plans for LA Knight, and he wants the biggest possible. He says although Nick Aldis promised LA Knight isn’t in the arena, he still thinks it is. He says Knight could be anywhere, and kicks the cameraman standing in the ring out. A masked person jumps the barricade, and Styles calls on security. He takes off the man’s mask to reveal a random person, and demands security drag him away.
The camera pans out to reveal Knight in disguise as a security guard. He takes off his hat, wig, and glasses, then attacks Knight and fires off stomps on him in the corner. He then delivers a running knee and grabs a chair. Styles rolls out of the ring and retreats through the crowd.
Knight then grabs a mic and stands up on the announce desk. He tells Styles that he’s the biggest piece of human walking waste he’s ever seen. He tells Styles to run, hide, and do whatever else he needs because he will know whose game it is at WrestleMania with everybody saying his name.
– Bianca Belair then makes her way down to the ring as we go to commercial.
Bianca Belair vs. Dakota Kai
The bell rings and the two waste no time. Belair tosses Kai across the ring, then lands a shoulder on her midsection and tosses her across the ring once again. She follows it up with a pair of suplexes and looks for a third one, but Kai escapes and rocks Belair with a knee to the side of her head.
Back from the break, Belair fights her way out of a sleeper hold Kai has locked in on her and lands a delayed vertical suplex. She rains down right hands on her in the corner, but Kai pulls on Belair’s braid to escape. Belair delivers a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, then sends Kai crashing into the mat face first and looks to land a springboard moonsault. Kai avoids it and pulls on Belair’s braid, but Belair looks to land a springboard moonsault for a second time and delivers it.
Kai stomps on Belair’s spine, then mocks her and lands a series of kicks. Belair trips Kai and delivers a double ax handle to her spine before the pair go back and forth exchanging right hands. Kai delivers a Scorpion Kick to Belair and looks to land a running boot, but Belair moves out of the way and sets up for the KOD. Kai escapes and Belair catches her with a superplex, then follows it up with a Spear and the KOD for the win.
Winner: Bianca Belair
After the match, Asuka and Kairi Sane immediately appear and begin attacking Belair. Naomi runs down to even the odds and beats down both Sane and Asuka. She lands a kick on Asuka, but Sane gains the upper hand and begins beating down Naomi with Asuka. Belair looks to help Naomi, but Kai, Asuka, and Sane overpower her and continue beating down her and Belair. Jade Cargill’s music hits and she slowly makes her way down to the ring. She lands a pump kick on Asuka, then delivers a powerbomb to Kai, and hits Jaded to Sane. She stands tall with Belair and Naomi in the ring as the show goes off the air.
