Giulia Sufferes a Fractured Wrist – On May 20th, Giulia featured in the main event of Marigold’s Fields Forever event, teaming with Utami Hayashishita to take on Bozilla and Sareee. Giulia and Utami would come up short in the match, with Utami and Bozilla taking the victory. However, Giulia did not come out of the match unscathed.

On May 21st, Marigold announced on social media that Giulia had suffered a fracture of the distal end of her right radius, and has been pulled from upcoming dates, including the upcoming Hana Kimura tribute show.

Marigold had previously announced Giulia for a bout with Sareee on July 13th’s Summer Destiny card.

At a press conference, Giulia stated she was still planning to make it to Ryogoku for the July 13th event.

As of this writing, there is no word on how this effects Giulia’s expected WWE NXT debut this Summer.

Without needing surgery, the recovery time for this injury comes in at around six weeks.
