Darby Allin Reveals Sting’s Son is Training to Become a Wrestler – Sting may be done as a professional wrestler but the Borden name might continue on through one of his sons. Fightful interviewed Darby Allin, who revealed that Steven Borden has been training to become a pro wrestler. You might recall that Steven and Garrett Borden were involved in Sting’s last match in February at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view.

Darby revealed to Fightful that Steven was staying at his house where he has a wrestling ring. Prior to this, Steven had not thought about becoming a pro wrestler but that changed after his involvement with his dad’s match at Revolution. 

On a related note, we may have not seen the last of Sting in AEW. During the Revolution post-show press conference, he said that he was open to doing something with the company but not as a producer/agent. An on-air authority role makes sense but as of now, there has not been any indication that this could be a possibility.
