LIVE 5/27 WWE RAW Results – We are live from the Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia, where Ludwig Kaiser is in the ring and he has a spotlight to introduce the King of the Ring… Gunther. The newly crowned “king” makes his way to the ring with his crown.
Gunther looks at his subjects and he chuckles with Kaiser about the crowd’s chant.
Gunther says on Saturday, he beat Randy Orton and he is now the rightful King of the Ring. With that being said, he has earned a title match for SummerSlam. Let’s talk about the current champion, Damian Priest. He says he followed his path and since Rhea has been out with an injury, he has stood up and took responsibility. Gunther says he admires that because he also takes responsibility. Gunther says it was up to him to become the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time. The King of the Ring Tournament was lacking prestige and he had to step up and raise it to levels and heights never seen before.
Now the World Championship is lacking prestige because the champion won by taking a short cut and he does not appreciate that . . .
Damian Priest’s music plays and he comes to the ring with Finn Balor and JD McDonagh.
Priest says Gunther is the King of the Ring and he has an adorable crown. You get a shot at SummerSlam. Do you think you earned something? You didn’t beat Randy Orton and you proved nothing. Do you want a pat on the back? Great. Take credit for costing Randy a shot. Priest says he cashed in because he EARNED the briefcase by winning a ladder match. Priest says he cashed in like many have done before. Priest asks Gunther if he knows how things work around here.
Gunther says it does not matter how you think about it, but Gunther says he focuses on the facts. Gunther says he is King of the Ring and if you are still champion at SummerSlam, he will face Priest. Gunther says he is waiting for someone to teach him anything after the bell has rung. He cannot teach Priest about business, but he can teach Priest about this great sport. The sport he loves and vows to protect. You can give me your stupid business lecture before SummerSlam and address him as king, or you can do it after SummerSlam and address him as Champion.
Priest says he respects Gunther and his title reign, but Priest asks Gunther what can he teach him as champion. At SummerSlam, we are going to go to war…
Drew McIntyre makes his way to the ring.
Drew wants to address this quick. Punk has been back for 6 months and the highlight of his return was Drew. If he wasn’t injured, he would have screwed up and gotten fired.
Drew introduces himself and he says he will be champion in less than three weeks.
Gunther leaves the ring.
Priest tells Drew he isn’t looking past him, he knows what will happen when they are done.
Drew says he is trying to help Priest and lift him up to make him the best possible option. Your Judgment Day are screwing up left and right. Dumb Dumb went to Saudi Arabia and screwed up. The groups has gone to hell since Rhea got hurt. Focus on you and the World Championship. You don’t know what is coming after you. Drew mentions UK legends who have won zero WWE Championships. Drew says he has done it three times, soon to be four. He tells Priest to do some tape study and watch his match with Roman Reigns at Clash at the Castle. Those fans broke Roman and if it wasn’t for Solo, he would have won. He says Scotland is his country.
Drew tells the people chanting “USA” that he is an American citizen. He mentions that they are the most passionate people in the world. He says all of the people in Scotland are like him. Those fans are going to break your spirits. You have been overshadowed by two people who were injured. One is cleared and he is going to take his title.
Priest asks if getting under his skin is the way to get his title back. The crowd booing him will get to him? Priest says he has proven people wrong his entire career. Priest asks Drew if his wife is going to be there.
Drew tells Priest to use his words carefully.
Priest says he wanted to see if he could get under Drew’s skin. He wanted to see if Drew is man enough to do something.
Braun Strowman’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring for his match with JD McDonagh. Braun gets in Priest’s face in the ring and then Priest leaves the ring to let JD have his match.

JD McDonagh vs. Braun Strowman
The match is joined in progress and JD returns to the ring. Braun presses JD over his head and JD gets to his feet. JD with a kick and Braun sends JD into the corner. JD avoids Braun and Braun with a power bomb and he poses while JD goes to the floor. JD returns to the ring and he connects with a forearm when Finn distracts him. Braun with a forearm in the corner. Braun with a biel to JD. Braun misses a splash and JD tries to punch Braun but Braun with a slap. Braun with a slam and a kick to the ribs. JD with chops and Braun with a chop to send JD to the mat. Braun picks up JD and pushes him into the corner and hits a splash.
JD with a chop and Braun with a head butt. JD is tossed into the corner and JD with a drop kick to the knee and Braun falls into the turnbuckles. Braun rolls to the floor and the referee starts his count. While the referee counts, JD goes to the floor and he clips Braun. That means the count restarts.
We go to commercial.
We are back and JD with a drop kick in the corner and he puts Braun’s foot on the ropes. Braun with a forearm and he pushes JD away. Braun with a shoulder tackle. Strowman with a back body drop but Braun’s knee gives out. Braun goes to the floor and it is time for the Wacky Lap and JD jumps into the shoulder tackle. Braun sends JD back into the ring and Braun continues to limp but he gets JD up. Finn gets on the apron and Braun decides to put JD down and biel Finn into the ring.
Carlito comes out and he hits Braun from behind while the referee deals with Finn. Braun picks up Carlito by his big hair and he punches Carlito. JD with a head butt and Braun with a power slam for the three count.
Winner: Braun Strowman
After the match, Carlito and Finn go after Braun and Braun takes care of both of them. JD hits a posing Braun in the back with a chair and the crowd causes the audio to fade due to their language. Braun hits the chair away and gingerly chases them.
Backstage:
Cathy Kelley is with Liv Morgan and Cathy asks Liv if she has any remorse about the win. Liv says she didn’t expect Dom to help her, but she is not here to talk about Dom, she is here to talk about being champion. Liv says she has to beat Becky one on one and tonight she faces Becky to defend her title. She says it is just getting started.

Backstage:
Finn asks Carlito what took so long to get out. Priest says that worked well. Priest tells Finn to find JD and bring him back to the clubhouse. Finn asks Carlito where did JD go.
– We take a look back at what Bron Breakker did to Kale Dixon last week and what he did later that night to Ricochet.
Backstage:
We see RIcochet and the doctor says that he is okay. Adam Pearce shows up and says he doesn’t agree with Ricochet but he is cleared to wrestle. Ricochet says he wants Bron but Bron is not here because he is suspended.
Ilja Dragunov shows up and he thanks Ricochet for saving him from Bron. He says when Ricochet is ready to go, he wants to face him again. Ricochet says he wants to face Ilja. Ilja says he doesn’t face broken men. Ricochet tells Pearce to make the match and Pearce does it.

Ricochet vs. Ilja Dragunov
Ricochet wtih a drop kick as the bell rings. Ilja with chops and an Irish whip. Ricochet floats over and Ilja with a waist lock. Ricochet lands on his feet on a German suplex attempt. Ilja avoids a clothesline and hits a German suplex. Ilja holds on for a second one. Ilja holds on and tries for a third one but Ricochet with elbows. Ilja with elbows and hits a wrist clutch German suplex for a near fall. Ricochet with a forearm and Ilja with an enzuigiri. Ilja goes for a power bomb but Ilja lands on his feet. Ilja flips Ricochet to his chest and he follows with a running knee that sends Ricochet to the floor.
We go to commercial.
Back from the break, Ricochet delivers an uppercut to Dragunov. Dragunov responds with an enzuigir and a German suplex, then follows it up with the Constatine Special. Ricochet delivers a tope suicida to level Dragunov on the outside, then looks to land a second one. Dragunov catches Ricochet and sends him crashing into the ring apron face first. Dragunov looks to powerbomb Ricochet, but Ricochet lands on the apron and flys off the middle turnbuckle to level Dragunov.
Ricochet dumps Dragunov back in the ring and ascends to the top. He looks to land a 450 Splash, but Dragunov moves out of the way and levels him. He then delivers a second Constatine Special and catches a kick from Ricochet, then follows it up with a right hand and a powerbomb. Dragunov ascends to the top and looks to land the H Bomb, but Ricochet catches Dragunov with a superkick and Recoil. He goes for a pin, but Dragunov kicks out. Ricochet then ascends to the top, but Dragunov trips him and joins him up there. Ricochet lands a series of headbutts to send him crashing into the mat, then delivers a Shooting Star Press. Out of nowhere, Bron Breakker appears and spears Ricochet, causing a double disqualification.
No Contest
Dragunov tries going after Breakker and lands a few chops, but Breakker catches him with a spear. Adam Pearce and other officials run down to the ring, and Pearce escorts Breakker to the back as he chews him out. Breakker stares down Pearce and heads to the back.

Backstage:
We are back and Adam Pearce is yelling at Bron Breakker while Cathy Kelley wonders what is going on. Bron walks away and Adam tells Kiana that they should go to his office because he needs a drink. Cathy will try to have updates on the situation.
Earlier Today:
We take a look at what happened wtih Miz and R Truth earlier today. Miz says the ice cream truck was a great idea. Miz asks why is he in white and Truth says he needs to represent the flavor. Woods and Kofi show up and ask if they are still doing the Memorial Day Raffle tickets and Truth says they are closed, while Miz gives them some ice cream.
Karrion Kross shows up and Kofi tells him to get to the point. Kross says the top of the WWE is a numbers game and he says he can help him. He tells Woods to watch AOP tonight and see what they can offer. Woods says he is not going to break up the greatest tag team because Kross is being nice. Kross tells Kofi he has some early retirement plans. Woods says they can show AOP what they have left in the tank next week.
AOP vs. The Creed Brothers
Akam and Rezar attack Julius and Brutus before the bell. Rezar gets Brutus up and hits a running Death Valley Driver into the turnbuckles. Akam tags in and punches Brutus and chokes him in the ropes. Akam gets Brutus up and Rezar tags in and connects with a knee. Rezar works on the neck. Rezar sends Brutus to the mat and tags in Akam who kicks Brutus. Akam with an Irish whip and he misses a splash. Julius tags in and he goes up top and hits a shoulder tackle. Julius with an exploder to Akam and a second one. He hits an exploder on Rezar and follows with a moonsault to Akam. Julius gets Akam on his shoulders and Brutus goes up top but Scarlett sends Ivy into the ring steps.
Akam with a slam to Julius and they hit What a Rush for the three count.

– We take a look back at the post attack situation on Cruz del Toro.
Backstage:
Rey Mysterio says Carlito knows he was welcomed into the LWO with open arms. If you hadn’t taken the path he took, they would still be brothers. Your attack on Cruz was a huge mistake. You can run to THE Judgment Day all day long and they can greet you with open arms. Those days are over. When they step into the ring, you won’t find an old friend across the ring from you. You will find out what happens when you cross the LWO. You will find out what happens when you cross Rey Mysterio.
– Sheamus walks in the back and we see Liv Morgan talking to JD McDonagh in the background. We hear Braun scream and he limps after JD.

In the Arena:
We are back and Sheamus makes his way to the ring.
Sheamus asks about King of the Ring. He says great matches. Sheamus points out he wasn’t on the show. That little Ken doll Kaiser smashed his knee and took him out. Sheamus says he is not better. Gunther’s glorified coat rack did nothing but talk trash about him until he got cleared. Sheamus says he is back and he can’t wait to get his hand on his pigeon chest.
Ludwig Kaiser appears on the HHHTron and he says he heard that Sheamus was out there complaining and blaming Kaiser for his loss at King of the Ring. Blame Gunther because he is your King of the Ring and no one ever stood a chance, especially you Sheamus. After weeks of hiding at home and acting tough online, you are telling what to do. Kaiser does things on his own terms.
Sheamus tells Kaisser to shut up. Sheamus asks the people of Savannah if he should go after Kaiser and he leaves the ring and goes to the back.
Sheamus is ambushed by Kasiser and Kaiser sends Sheamus into storage cases. They continue to fight in the back and they make their way into the seating area. Sheamus and Kaiser exchange punches and officials make their way to separate them.
– Lyra Valkyria is in LOCKER ROOM and Becky Lynch shows up and says things didn’t go they way they wanted but it is about learning.

Kairi Sane vs. Lyra Vaklyria
Lyra blocks a kick and gives Sane a waist lock take down. Lyra with a waist lock and Sane with a standing switch. Lyra with an enzuigiri but Lyra holds her ribs. Lyra with a Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Lyra goes up top and Sane hits the ropes and it sends Lyra off the ropes to the mat. Sane with kicks to the ribs. Lyra with a head butt to the midsection but Sane with forearms. Sane with more forearms and she marches into a sliding D against the ropes. Sane stomps on the midsection and hits a springboard double stomp on the apron. Sane gets a near fall. Sane goes up top and Lyra with a forearm to stop her. They fight on the turnbuckles and Sane puts Lyra in the tree of woe. Sane with a double stomp off the turnbuckles for a near fall.
Sane with forearms to the back. Sane goes to the turnbuckles and goes for an elbow drop but Lyra gets her feet up and Lyra with a crucifix for the three count.

Finn and Carlito are back in CLUBHOUSE and Priest wants to know where JD is and why is Carlito in there. He asks where Dom is. Carlito finds JD and they ask where has he been. JD says Braun has been chasing him and Priest asks if he needs to deal with this because JD is talking to Liv. JD says he told Liv she wouldn’t be champion long. Priest mentions what Dom did and he shows up. Dom says he messed up and Priest asks if he talked to Rhea. Dom says he talked to Rhea and he is going to get it fixed. Priest tells Dom to fix it tonight.

– We see Iyo in ROOM watching monitor and Dakota and Kairi enter. Iyo breaks furniture and yells. Iyo continues to scream as she leaves the room.
Rey Mysterio vs. Carlito
Carlito rolls to the floor and he has some words for Dragon Lee. Rey with a forearm to the back and the head. They return to the ring and Carlito with a knee and hard Irish whip. Carlito gets a near fall. Carlito with forearms and Rey with a kick and he goes for a quebrada but Carlito catches Rey and runs him into the turnbuckles and puts him in the tree of woe. Carlito with a knee. Rey pulls himself up to avoid a baseball slide and Carlito hits the post.

We are back and Carlito gets a near fall after a flying forearm. Carlito with punches in the corner. Clarito wtih an Irish whip but Rey gets his boots up and he goes for a sunset flip but Carlito with a fallaway facebuster. Carlito goes to the turnbuckles and tries to superplex Rey back in and hits it. Carlito with forearms. Carlito puts Rey on the turnbuckles and he sets for a superplex. Rey blocks it and he head butts Carlito to the mat. Rey with a seated splash and a quebrada for a near fall. Carlito catches Rey on a cross body and hits a TKO for a near fall. Carlito gets Rey up for a slam but Rey gets to his feet and he drop kicks Carlito into the ropes. Carlito sends Rey to the apron and Rey with a forearm. Carlito with a drop kick to stop a slingshot move by Rey. Carlito goes to the apron and he gets Rey up but Rey gets to his feet and he sends Carlito into the ring post.
Finn Balor hits Dragon Lee from behind and throws him over the announce table. Rey with a senton off the apron to Finn. Rey with a waist lock to Carlito and Carlito with a back elbow. Rey with a rollup and Carlito drops down. Rey sends Carlito into the ropes and hits a 619 followed by a splash for the three count.
Winner: Rey Mysterio
After the match, Rey sends Finn onto the announce table. Lee goes up top and Priest hits Rey from behind and Carlito crotches Lee. Priest with a Razor’s Edge to Lee. Rey pulls Carlito off the apron and Rey drop kicks Priest into the ropes. Rey runs into a super kick after Finn stops Rey on the 619 attempt. Priest with South of Heaven to Rey.
Priest looks at inn and Carlito with the disdain of 10,000 suns.
Backstage:
Chad Gable tells Tozawa he didn’t see him in Saudi. He says he could have used his help. He was focused on Tozawa and lost the match. He says there had to be a good reason to miss the show. Braun wants to know where JD is and he asks Tozawa and Chad. Chad sees Otis and Maxxine. He tells her not to go out because this isn’t a fashion show. Chad says he would be Intercontinental Champion if it weren’t for Otis. Chad says Otis will face Bronson Reed tonight and he will win.

Otis vs. Bronson Reed
Reed attacks Otis and connects with head butts and punches. Reed with a flying forearm and Otis is sent into the ring post and falls to the floor. Chad tells Otis to get up. Otis gets back into the ring but Reed drop kicks Otis. Otis with a back elbow and a clothesline. Otis with forearms and a back elbow. Otis with a cross body. Chad tells Otis not to do it and Otis with a slam. Otis looks around and hits a splash into the corner. Reed falls ‘into position’ and it is time for the shirt to come off as the belly shakes. Chad gets on the apron to tell Otis no. Otis sulks but he doesn’t care and the shirt comes off. Reed gets up and he hits a super kick.and a back senton. Reed goes up top and hitsTsunami for the three count.
Winner: Bronson Reed
After the match, Chad tells Otis to get back in the ring and he tells Maxxine and Tozawa to come to the ring because it is time for a meeting. Chad says he has had enough.

We are back and it is time for teacher to talk to his trouble students. Chad asks Otis what is he going to do with him. He cost Chad his title on Saturday and when given the chance to redeem yourself, you blow it. What will it take to get through to you? You lack discipline. Tonight, he will show Otis discipline in front of everyone. Chad tells Otis he doesn’t want to do this, but… Chad takes off his belt and he tells Otis he made him do this. Chad tells Otis to grab the rope. Chad tells Maxxine and Tozawa this is what happens when you bring shame to Alpha Academy. He says this will hurt him more than it hurts Otis.
Maxxine stops Chad from hitting Otis.
Chad asks Maxxine if this is too much and if she will cry. She tells Maxxine to get out of her ring and don’t come back. He asks Tozawa if he has a problem. He tells Tozawa to stand and watch.
Sami Zayn’s music plays and he says something to Maxxine as she goes to the back.
Chad tells Sami unless he is out here to give him a title match, turn around. He says this is Alpha Academy business. He tells Sami to stay out of it. He tells Sami not to take one more step and Sami takes a few steps into the ring.
Sami asks Chad what is he going to do. Do you think you are tough? You are not. You are a weak, little man. You have manipulated your way into opportunity after opportunity and when you have had a title match, you have come up short. When you did, you look for everyone else to blame. It is nobody else’s fault and it is not Otis’ fault. You can’t get the job done.
Chad says he can get the job done. He got the job done last week and it would have happened in Saudi if this idiot didn’t blow it. IT is time for discipline. Sami takes the belt from Chad. Sami takes off his belt and Otis stands between Sami and Chad. Sami asks Otis what is he going to do. Are you going to listen to him? How much more are you going to listen from this guy? How much more crap are you going to take. Listen to them. Do you hear them? Otis starts to shake while Sami tells Otis to listen to his heart because he knows what is right.
Chad attacks Sami and Chad punches Sami. Sami punches Chad and takes him down. Otis pulls Sami off Chad and Chad hits a German suplex on Sami. Chad removes his jacket and he rolls up his sleeves to punch Sami.
Otis looks around and he is confused. Chad stands over Sami with the title belt and drops it on Sami. Chad tells Otis and Tozawa to leave the ring with him. Tozawa follows Chad but Otis stays in the ring and Chad yells at Otis. Otis goes to the floor and he does the walk of shame to the back.
– We take a look at the Liv Morgan’s revenge tour.
The steel cage lowers from the rafters as cage lowering music plays and we go to commercial.
Backstage:
We are back and Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark are with Cathy Kelley. Shayna says it didn’t matter who won at King and Queen of the Ring. Zoey says they will win the titles and they invite them to Raw. Sonya Deville shows up and says they aren’t champions yet and need her help. Shayna and Zoey talk about what they have done without Sonya’s help. They walk away. Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn stop them and ask if they have ever beaten them since they said they beat every other team. Isla says if they meet in the ring, that fact will not change. Sonya stops back by and tells them they are getting no respect.
– Next week, Sheamus faces Ludwig Kaiser. The New Day face the Authors of Pain. Damian Priest faces Rey Mysterio.
Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan for the Raw Women’s Championship in a Steel Cage Match
The match is joined in progress and Liv runs Becky’s forehead across the cage. Liv tosses Becky through the ropes into the cage and she kicks Becky. Liv runs her forehead across the cage again. Liv tells Rhea hello. Liv climbs the cage and Becky gets up and stops her. Becky sends Liv into the cage and Liv does the same a few times. Liv slams Becky’s head into the cage many times and Becky falls to the mat. Liv decides not to complete the climb over the cage and she connects with a knee. Liv sends Becky to the apron. Becky goe sup top and Liv stops Becky. Liv kicks Becky’s head against the cage. Liv drop kicks Becky into the cage and does it two more times.
Liv with shoulders to send Becky into the cage. Becky moves and Liv hits the cage. Becky kicks Liv many times from the apron. Becky sends Liv into the cage many times. Becky goes to the turnbuckles and hits a missile drop kick. Becky gets a near fall. Becky with baseball slides to Liv against the cage. Bekcy with European uppercuts and a back heel kick. Becky misses the leg drop and Liv sends Becky into the cage face first.

We are back and Liv climbs the cage but Becky tries to grab the foot. Liv gets to the top and Becky with forearms to stop her. Becky sets for a superplex and hits it. Becky gets a near fall. Liv sends Becky into the cage. Liv with a springboard Codebreaker and she gets a near fall. Liv goes up top and Becky climbs after her. They meet o the top of the cage and straddle it. They exchange punches and Liv hangs from the cage and goes to the mat. Liv stops Becky from getting over the cage and they return inside the cage. Liv with a power bomb for a near fall. Liv sets for ObLIVion but Becky blocks it and applies DisArmHer in the ropes. Liv sends Becky into the cage to escape.
Becky with a side Russian leg sweep off the turnbuckles adn Becky gets a near fall.
Dominik Mysterio makes his way to ringside and he opens up the cage and tells Becky to come out.
Finn and JD come to ringside and argue with Dom.
Liv with an enzuigiri and Finn and JD tell Dom to do what he wants.
Braun Strowman’s music plays and he chases Finn and JD around the cage and Braun hits Dom and the cage hits Becky. Liv doesn’t realize what happened and she gets to the floor to win it.
Winner: Liv Morgan
