Positive News On Jack Perry After Being Set On Fire At AEW Double Or Nothing – The Elite (Young Bucks, Kazuchika Okada, and Jack Perry) vs. FTR, Bryan Danielson, and Darby Allin in an Anarchy In The Arena Match took place at the AEW Double Or Nothing pay-per-view event from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada that was a violent and wild match.
At one point, Perry grabbed AEW President Tony Khan from the gorilla position. Allin had a flamethrower and set Perry on fire. He was only on fire for a few seconds before being put out.
While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez noted Perry is said to be fine coming out of the show.
Alvarez said, “I think most everybody probably figured out Jack Perry was fine. They drenched him, I’m sure in whatever, and you know, did the whole flame thrower spot, but I remember watching that thinking, man, you’re letting this guy on fire, and the Young Bucks are like the firemen. I mean, they’re the ones responsible for putting this guy out. They did. They put them out, and they put out the flame thrower, and apparently, it was totally fine. No issues. And so that was good news.”
