The bell rings and Parker shoves Michin as Henley and Ruca brawl on the outside. Legend and Jordan brawl in the ring, and Legend fires off news on Jordan’s midsection. Michin hits Parker with a ladder on teh outside, then sets it up between the ring apron and announce desk. Ruca slides a ladder into the ring as Jordan delivers a dropkick to Legend of the top. Jordan and Ruca try pulling the ladder into the ring, but Henley prevents them from doing so. Jordan and Ruca then clothesline Legend out of the ring, and deliver a dropkick to Henley on the outside using the ladder.

Jordan flies over the top rope to level Parker on the outside, and Ruca delivers a moonsaul t off the middle turnbuckle to level Legend. Henley clocks her and grabs a ladder, then hits Michin with it. Legend levels Henley with a pump kick, then slides the ladder into the ring. Legend then uses the ladder to take down several other competitors, but Jordan gets in the ring. Parker and Michin trap Legend in the corner with the ladder, and Jordan is laid on top of it. Michin whips Parker into the ladder, but Ruca delivers a German suplex to Michin. Ruca delivers a dropkick to Ruca, and Henley clocks Ruca from behind.

Henley clocks Ruca from behind, then sets up the ladder in the center of the ring. Ruca dumps Henley out of the ring and climbs up the ladder as Parker does the same. Parker sends Ruca crashing into the mat, then delivers a Hip Attack to Jordan off the ladder. Ruca looks to ascend up the ladder, but Michin delivers a German suplex to her to prevent her from doing so. She climbs up the ladder, but Legend pulls her down. Legend then sends Michin crashing into the side of the ladder face first and ascends up it, but Mihcin pulls her down. Legend locks in a Sleeper on Michin, and Henley locks in a Sleeper on Legend. Jordan locks in a Sleeper on Henley, but Michin escapes Legend’s Sleeper and Legend sends Jordan crashing into the corner. Henley keeps her Sleeper locked in, an dJordan locks in a Sleeper on Henley. Legend ascends up the top ladder, but is knocked down. Jordan ends up on the top of the ladder, but Legend and Parker both attempt to pull her down. Ruca takes down Parker.

Jordan sends herself and Legend crashing out of the ring as Parker and Ruca ascend up a ladder. Michin pushes them off, and Ruca delivers a facebuster to Parker on top of the ladder. Henley takes out Ruca, then sets up the ladder in the middle of the ring and climbs up it. Parker joins her up there as Jordan and Ruca ascend up a second ladder. Jordan knocks Ruca off the top of the ladder, and Legend pulls Jordan down. Parker and Henley are then pulled down, and Legend ascends up the ladder.

Ruca meets her up there, and the pair each exchange a forearm with one another. Ruca looks to pull Legend off the ladder, but Legend fights her off. Michin, Ruca, Parker, Jordan, and Henley then work together to pull Legend off the ladder and send her crashing through the ladder set up between the ring apron and the announce desk. All five women then begin fighting to climb the ladder first, but prevent one another from doing so. Michin climbs up the ladder, but Ruca, Parker, Henley, and Jordan tip over the ladder to send Michin crashing into the top rope. Ruca delivers Sol Snatchers to Parker and Henley, then ascends up the ladder. Jordan joins her up there, but both women are knocked off the ladder. Michin clotheslines Ruca out of the ring, then begins brawling with Jordan. Jordan delivers a split legged moonsault to Michin on top of the ladder, then ascends up the ladder in the middle of the ring and grabs the Women’s North American Championship to become the first ever titleholder!
