Steve Maclin Regains TNA International Championship At Bound For Glory – Steve Maclin is once again the TNA International Champion after reclaiming the title during Sunday’s Bound for Glory pay-per-view. The victory marks Maclin’s second reign with the championship and adds another major milestone to his growing list of accomplishments in TNA.

In the opening match of the show, Maclin defeated Frankie Kazarian to capture the gold. The finish came after Maclin delivered a shoulderblock in the corner, followed by his signature KIA for the decisive pinfall. After securing the win, Maclin celebrated the moment with his mother at ringside, and the two made headlines for flipping off the camera in a defiant post-match gesture.

This victory brings Maclin’s championship story full circle, as he was the inaugural TNA International Champion earlier this year. He first captured the title at Unbreakable in April by winning a Triple Threat Match. His initial reign lasted through nine successful defenses before Kazarian ended it at Victory Road in September. Interestingly, Kazarian never had the opportunity to defend the title before dropping it back to Maclin at Bound for Glory.

Beyond his success in the International division, Maclin is no stranger to championship gold. The 38-year-old star previously reigned as TNA World Champion in 2023, holding that title for 54 days.

As for Kazarian, his night didn’t end with the title loss. Later in the evening, he competed in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match, which ended controversially when he and Nic Nemeth were declared co-winners after a simultaneous double pin—a finish that drew boos from the live crowd in Lowell, Massachusetts.
