10/20 WWE RAW Results – Welcome to WrestlingAttitude’s live coverage of WWE RAW for October 20, from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, CA.
We are live from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, CA., were Adam Pearce is in the middle of the ring to provide a physical update… He sees video from the garage on the Tron and Bron Breakker emerges holding the World Title belt. He is joined by Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman. They come to the ring to Bronson Reed’s music.
Pearce says he is glad that they are out here because he wants to tell them. He says he knew he was injured after Crown Jewel, but no one will know how bad after what you did. Because of what you did, Seth had ‘major’ surgery and he is on the shelf for quite a while. Adam says he has the unfortunate news to report that BECAUSE OF YOU TWO, he is stripping Seth Rollins of the World Championship. Pearce tells them not to be too caught up on that. We will crown a new champion at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
CM Punk earned the right to be in the match. There will be a battle royal to determine Punk’s opponent for Saturday Night’s Main Event. The battle royal happens tonight. Pearce tells them that title no longer belongs to Seth and it doesn’t belong to you. He asks Bron to hand over that belt.
Bron takes the mic from Paul and asks, “What if I don’t?” Paul quickly steps in, whispering something to Bron as the two exchange a brief but tense discussion. Bron says he wants to be shown some respect, prompting Adam Pearce to calmly but firmly tell him that, respectfully, he needs Bron to hand over the title belt. Bron removes his sunglasses, gets in Pearce’s face, and tells him to “say please.” Pearce takes a breath and says, “I need you to hand over the title belt… now… please.” Bron smirks, chuckles, and says, “That wasn’t so hard,” before handing the belt to Heyman. Heyman hands the belt to Pearce as he leaves the ring with the title belt.
Paul, Bronson, and Bron remain in the ring.
Paul says before we move on wtih the show, somebody smartened him up to this. Why is everyone so mad at them? He says he gets it. He also watched Unreal. They are the bad guys, the villains, the heels. It is easy to point at them and boo. What did they do to deserve that? He says he fails to understand that. The group had nothing to do with Seth Rollins. He didn’t leave Roman or Punk for Seth. He pulled his power play at Wrestlemania because Bron is the future of Wrestlemania. Paul says he did that because he knew that Bronson Reed was better than Roman Reigns. Bronson Reed proved that in Perth. It was Vision over Bloodline. Seth was pointing to the future with his one good arm. He couldn’t shoulder leading them into the future. He is not who he says he is. He says Seth is a bum shoulder bitch.
Paul wants to set the record straight. Winners write history and they are the winners. Seth headllines Wrestlemania no more. That spot was taken by Bron Breakker. Bron and Bronson conspired to take that away from Seth Rollins. They pulled the trigger and had the ambition, need, and intensity to become Wrestlemania main eventers. That is not revisionist history. That is a reVISION of the future. Paul thanks everyone for their indulgence and affording him this time. Paul welcomes everyone to Raw.

Paul Heyman waits outside Adam Pearce’s office after Pearce jokes that he’s been waiting about 45 minutes and points out a graphic change — Bron and Bronson are off the battle royal graphic because they’re out — and Pearce teases that Paul probably wants them added back in; Paul pleads, please — and Pearce, after getting the please, slams the door and tells him no, leaving Paul to grin that the day’s getting better.
Paul then turns to Becky Lynch and, in a measured pitch, explains he had no choice, that Bron and Bronson conspired against Seth because of his injured shoulder, that he got between her husband and them and put himself in physical jeopardy to make it real, and that Becky is the family’s breadwinner; he says he survived last week but her husband did not, and that there’s a vision for her — win/win: a hot husband at home and an adorable oracle on the road — so there’s no need for an answer now. Becky erupts, calling Paul a penguin-faced prick and insisting his snake oil won’t work on her, saying she never liked him and that he used Seth; she warns that when he comes back he won’t spare those she loves and that she’ll wish he had killed her — a searing, personal rejection that leaves the confrontation raw and unresolved.

10/20 WWE RAW Preview
After CM Punk defeated Jey Uso and LA Knight last week to become the new Number One Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, champion Seth Rollins and his Vision stablemates — Bronson Reed, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman — confronted him in the ring. The situation took a shocking turn when Breakker and Reed turned on Rollins, attacking him with a spear and a Tsunami as Heyman looked on before raising their hands in approval. In the aftermath of the betrayal, Breakker, Reed, and Heyman are set to appear on tonight’s show, while RAW General Manager Adam Pearce will address the status of Rollins and the future of the World Heavyweight Championship.
Becky Lynch will defend the Women’s Intercontinental Championship for the first time since retaining against Nikki Bella at WWE Clash In Paris on August 31, as she faces Maxxine Dupri. The two women have unfinished business — Lynch previously retained her title against Dupri on the August 11 episode of RAW, but Dupri later scored a countout victory over the champion in a non-title match on October 6.
Two additional championships will also be on the line tonight. Rusev will challenge Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship, while Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh defend the World Tag Team Titles against AJ Styles and Dragon Lee. Styles, Lee, and Penta defeated Balor, McDonagh, and Dominik in Six-Man Tag Team action on October 6, while Rusev will look to redeem himself after failing to dethrone Dominik for the title on September 29.
