Update on Bianca Belair's Recovery and Possible Return Date

Update on Bianca Belair’s Recovery and Possible Return Date – Bianca Belair has been out of action since WrestleMania 41, and her recovery has taken longer than many within WWE anticipated. The “EST of WWE” has faced a challenging road back to the ring following a serious injury, but there’s finally some positive news regarding her status.

According to a report from Bodyslam, internal WWE sources are increasingly optimistic that Belair could return during the early months of 2026. While her comeback timeline remains fluid, some believe the former champion might even make her return earlier than projected if her rehabilitation continues to progress ahead of schedule.

Belair sustained her injury during the Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania 41 against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY, which left her with multiple broken fingers. In a July interview with CBS Sports, she detailed the extent of her injury and the struggles it caused in her daily life.

“I broke it in three places and the joint. It healed, but it won’t bend,” Belair explained. “You can’t wrestle with a straight finger because it’ll break again… I can’t even sew right now. I can’t even make gear. We’re on the end of this healing process, so we might have some time, but you never know. Crazy things happen.”

While Belair continues her recovery, the women’s division has evolved significantly. Her former tag team partner, Jade Cargill, has since turned heel and captured the WWE Women’s Championship. Belair’s last on-screen appearance came as the special guest referee during the No Holds Barred Match between Cargill and Naomi at WWE Evolution.

With Naomi currently away due to pregnancy, rumors have surfaced suggesting that WWE may be eyeing Belair’s return for the 2026 Royal Rumble. This could potentially set up a major WrestleMania showdown between Belair and Cargill, reigniting their storyline in dramatic fashion.
