Becky Lynch Claims She’s the Reason Jessika Carr Didn’t Officiate SNME – Becky Lynch’s ongoing campaign against WWE officials has taken another turn, with referee Jessika Carr becoming the focus of her frustration. Since losing the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship, Lynch has repeatedly claimed she was wronged and has vowed to expose what she believes are unfair decisions that cost her the title. A new social media post suggests Lynch feels she has already scored another victory.
Taking to X, Lynch claimed responsibility for Carr not officiating recent WWE events, framing it as a legal win for her side.
“You all MOCKED ME when I said I HAD THE BEST LAWYERS, but guess what?! I DO. THANKS to my team (MOSTLY THE BULLDOG) Jessica CROOKED Carr was not allowed to officiate at Saturdays Main Event and Monday Night RAW due to a court order brought on by ME! (SHE SHOULD BE SUSPENDED) ANOTHER WIN FOR TEAM REBECCA! OFFICIATING MUST BE FAIR!!”
Lynch’s issue with Carr dates back to the November 17 episode of RAW during her WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship match against Maxxine Dupri. During the bout, Lynch threw Dupri to the floor, prompting Carr to begin a count-out. Moments later, AJ Lee made a surprise return, which distracted Carr and caused her to stop the count. That pause allowed Dupri to reenter the ring and immediately catch Lynch with a top-rope crossbody, shifting the momentum of the match.
Since that night, Lynch has openly questioned Carr’s judgment and neutrality, repeatedly implying that the referee acted unfairly. Her recent comments escalate that narrative further, as she has now labeled Carr “crooked” and suggested that disciplinary action is deserved.
It also remains unclear whether Lynch intends to take further action or if this is part of her ongoing storyline centered on injustice and accountability. What is certain is that Lynch continues to blur the line between reality and character as she searches for what she views as vindication.
WWE’s most recent Saturday Night’s Main Event took place on December 13 from Washington, D.C., headlined by Gunther facing John Cena in Cena’s retirement match, adding even more attention to the weekend Lynch referenced in her remarks.
