The Zero Hour pre-show will see four matches take place, with reigning ROH Women’s World Champion Athena battling Billie Starkz in a women’s Owen Hart Cup Tournament match, Stu Grayson going one-on-one with El Phantasmo, Mogul Embassy’s Swerve Strickland, Toa Liona, and Bishop Kaun facing El Desperado and Roppongi Vice’s Rocky Romero and Trent Beretta, and United Empire’s Jeff Cobb, TJP, and Kyle Fletcher against Los Ingobernables de Japon’s Hiromu Takahashi, BUSHI, and Shingo Takagi.
