Anarchy in the Arena Match Announced for AEW Double Or Nothing

Anarchy in the Arena Match Announced for AEW Double Or Nothing – Led by EVPs The Young Bucks, The Elite have taken control of AEW ever since they viciously attacked Tony Khan. EVP and former world champion Kenny Omega made his return on the May 1 episode of AEW Dynamite, and the group took him out with an attack as well.

On the May 8 episode of AEW Dynamite, Omega appeared in a taped message. Sitting in a hospital bed, he noted that the Young Bucks had been like his family, but they reminded him that this was business. With that in mind, he stated that he had some business to take care of. Omega stated that the Young Bucks liked to make their own rules, they could throw the rules out the window by competing in an Anarchy in the Arena match.

Omega announced that The Elite would face Team AEW in an Anarchy in the Arena match at the AEW Double or Nothing. He named FTR as two members of Team AEW and stated that the other two members would be revealed later in the show.

During the final moments of the show, The Elite came to the ring and agreed to the match. FTR came to the stage, and they revealed that their teammates would be Eddie Kingston and Bryan Danielson. The two teams brawled as the show came to an end.
