• Old School Wrestling Legend Would Have Celebrated His Birthday

Today would have been the 77th birthday of Old School NWA/WWF/WCW Legend “King” Harley Race.

Harley Race is a former 8 time (WWE only acknowledges 7) NWA World Heavyweight Champion, who later also wrestled for the World Wrestling Federation from 1986 till 1989.

In 1990, Race joined Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling, where he slowly moved from a Wrestler into the role of a Manager, managing the likes of Lex Luger, The Colossal Kongs, Yoshi Kwan & Big Van Vader.

Harley was inducted into the 2004 class of the WWE Hall of Fame by his old rival, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair.

• Backstage News On Ronda Rousey Returning For One More Match

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, UFC Hall Of Famer & former RAW Women’s Ronda Rousey is scheduled to return for one more match in WWE.

Regarding when that match might take place, the expectation is that Rousey will return in time for next year’s WrestleMania 37:

“I would not think that she’ll be back until the build toward next year’s WrestleMania. That’s my gut on it, but no one’s told me that.

People there have told me that she will be back at one point for another match. WrestleMania makes the most sense for that.”

WrestleMania 37 (or WrestleMania Hollywood) will take place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on March 28, 2021.
