According to Pwinsider.com, TNA President Billy Corgan has filed a lawsuit against TNA Impact Wrestling, its parent company Impact Ventures LLC, the TNA Chairman Dixie Carter, TNA Chief Financial Officer Dean Broadhead and Carters husband Serg Salias. The case was reported to be filed on October 12th in the Chancery Court of Nashville, TN. Requests for comment from Corgans attorney and TNAs Public Relations were not being returned, and there are no official details regarding the lawsuit as of this post.Once details emerge, expect an update.
