As to why Bully felt that Jericho was deserving of his own locker room compared to others, he pointed to Jericho being in AEW since it began and his success for promotions such as WWE and New Japan as making him a figure deserving of his own space. He compared it to his time in TNA, when legends like Hulk Hogan and Sting were also given their own dressing rooms due to their stature within the industry.
“I can understand why Chris Jericho [gets one], because Chris Jericho was one of the first guys there,” Bully said. “And Chris Jericho is the biggest worldwide superstar in the company. There is no bigger star in AEW than Chris Jericho. It would be impossible, because Chris Jericho worked for the WWE, Chris Jericho worked for New Japan. Chris Jericho is a name all of the planet, whether it’s wrestling, whether it’s rock and roll band. I understand why Chris Jericho would have his own locker room.”
