The Four Horsewomen might not be friends behind the scenes, but their rise in WWE and origins in NXT mean their careers will always be entwined to a certain degree. Charlotte Flair further expressed that because of their bond, they’re the only ones who can understand the things they’ve gone through in their careers.
“I have a different, perfect chemistry with each of them — and if I wrote about them individually, I’d be writing forever,” she wrote. “So instead I’ll just say this one thing, that is very meaningful for me, and that will always tie them together in my heart as a trio: I grew up in wrestling because of my dad … I got into wrestling because of my brother. But I fell in love with wrestling because of the Horsewomen. I fell in love with wrestling because I fell in love with Becky, Bayley and Mercedes as wrestlers. And nothing will ever change that.”
Flair isn’t the only one who has fondly looked back at the Four Horsewomen, as late last year, Bayley also commented on whether they might ever have a 4 Horsewomen Fatal 4-Way at WrestleMania someday.
