The show featured a “Championship Celebration” for Green and Ethan Page, who recently won the AAA Mixed Tag Team Titles after defeating La Hiedra and Mr. Iguana at AAA’s Day of the Dead event. During their in-ring promo, the pair boasted about their success before nearly summoning Joe Hendry by mentioning his name — a running gag that quickly came to life.

Hendry appeared on stage and declared that he and his new partner, Thea Hail, wanted a shot at Green and Page’s titles. Moments later, Hail jumped out of the celebration cake in the ring and smashed pies into the faces of Green and Alba Fyre. Hendry then ran down to ringside, brawled with Page, and added insult to injury by nailing him with a pie to close the show.

After the show, WWE cameras caught up with Green and Page backstage. Still covered in whipped cream, the champions vented their frustration — and that’s when Green unintentionally delivered a memorable one-liner.

“Disgusting! Disgusting behavior! We were disrespected in Monterrey, and we were disrespected tonight! I have never been creamed on like this before,” Green exclaimed, before pausing as she realized what she had just said.

“Wait…” she added, clearly embarrassed.

Page quickly responded with, “Neither have I. Neither have I. I wanted to cut the cake and eat it with a fork. This is BS!”

The clip quickly spread across social media, with fans reacting to Green’s accidental phrasing and playful chemistry with Page. The duo is now set to defend their AAA Mixed Tag Team Titles against Joe Hendry and Thea Hail at NXT Gold Rush.
