On Monday nights edition of WWE Raw, Chris Jericho and WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens defeated Roman Reigns in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match in which Reigns United States Championship was on the line. Jericho was able to gain the pinfall victory and, in the process, become the brand new United States Champion.Jerichos victory marks his first reign as champion.
