Ethan Page Talks About His Partnership with Chelsea Green – Ethan Page recently shared his thoughts on working alongside Chelsea Green, with whom he currently holds the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship. The duo’s partnership began on WWE television and has since become one of the most talked-about alliances in NXT.

During an appearance on Good Karma Wrestling, Page discussed how the pairing came together and praised Green’s efforts to help elevate his WWE career. “I’m pretty sure that she’s just doing everything in her power to get me on the main roster… Every interview that she’s ever done, she has openly stated that she’s doing everything in her power to have me move up along her side,” Page said.

Page admitted he doesn’t know exactly how WWE decided to pair them but said he has embraced the partnership. “I honestly have no clue (how Chelsea & I got paired together). I welcome it. I think we have very good chemistry. Both of us are very, very colorful performers, and also very dangerous in the ring and have a dark side and I’m hoping that the longer she hangs out with me, the worse she starts behaving and the darker things can get for Chelsea Green. But yeah, if she takes my advice at least, she’ll be probably breaking jaws by the end of the year.”

“Just naturally charismatic, colorful people that will steal the attention of every room. Imagine two of those people together competing for the attention of the room.

“In a weird way, a relationship that should probably be volatile, magically was like two terrible chemicals coming together and making a perfect blend.

“I think things are going very well. She has cut my edge, in a sense. She definitely brings out a softer side of me. Whereas I feel I will bring out a more dangerous side in her. Maybe a darker side, a more violent side.

“I think it’s like a yin and yang situation. I am very obsessed with wrestling, have been my whole life, almost to the point of a historian, at least with the skillset of wrestling. And she is not. She is a full-fledged entertainer-turned-wrestler, and has fallen in love with this throughout her career.

“So we have different perspectives on wrestling, and I think that helps it as well.”

Green and Page will next defend their AAA World Mixed Tag Team Titles at NXT Gold Rush, where they’ll face Joe Hendry and Thea Hail. Their growing chemistry, both on-screen and in the ring, continues to make them one of WWE’s most intriguing acts heading into the final months of 2025.
