Four New Matches Announced for July 31 AEW Collision LIVE Episode – AEW has finalized five matches for this week’s special edition of AEW Collision, which will air live on Thursday, July 31, instead of its usual Saturday slot. The show will once again be held at the Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, Illinois, and features major tournament implications as well as a TNT Title street fight.

During the July 30 episode of AEW Dynamite, four new matches were added to the Collision lineup, expanding the card significantly heading into the Thursday broadcast.

In the AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament, two major bouts are scheduled:

• Quarterfinals: Brodido (Brody King & Bandido) will face The Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona). The winning team advances to the semifinals to face The Young Bucks in a high-stakes matchup.
• Semifinals: FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) go head-to-head with The Bang Bang Gang (Juice Robinson & Austin Gunn). The winner of this clash will move on to the finals, with the eventual tournament winners earning a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Titles currently held by The Hurt Syndicate—Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin—at AEW Forbidden Door on August 24.

In women’s action, Willow Nightingale is set to take on “The Toxic Spider” Thekla, and Kris Statlander will also be in action against an opponent yet to be revealed.

Finally, the main event features a high-stakes Chicago Street Fight, as TNT Champion Dustin Rhodes defends his title against Kyle Fletcher. This will be Dustin’s first title defense since winning the belt, and with the no-rules stipulation, the match promises to be unpredictable.
