Green followed by heading to the top rope, looking to finish the match. Giulia stopped the attempt and pulled her down with a butterfly superplex. She quickly followed with a northern lights bomb and scored the pinfall. The victory was clean and resulted in a clear title change.

Green first won the championship in November under controversial circumstances. During that match, a brawl broke out at ringside involving Kiana James and Alba Fyre. The distraction allowed Green to surprise Giulia with a schoolgirl pin. Green also used the ropes for leverage, which went unnoticed by the official. That moment marked the start of Green’s reign.

Since then, the rivalry has continued across WWE programming. Giulia and Kiana James have regularly faced Green and Alba Fyre in singles and tag team matches. These encounters have taken place on televised events as well as live house shows, keeping the feud active for several months.
