Jerry Lawler Pulls Out Of Appearances Due To Health Issues

WWE Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler has withdrawn from several upcoming convention and event appearances as he deals with undisclosed health issues, according to PWInsider. The update follows a series of health scares that Lawler has faced in recent years.

Details on his current condition were not disclosed, but Lawler remains one of the most popular names on the convention circuit, drawing fans who grew up watching his legendary career.

“The King” has battled through serious health struggles before. He famously suffered a heart attack live on Monday Night Raw in 2012, and later endured strokes in 2018 and 2023. Despite lingering effects on his speech, Lawler told fans earlier this year that he felt “great.”

His last WWE appearance came in February, when he was shown in the crowd during SmackDown in his hometown of Memphis and received a huge ovation. Most recently, he reunited with longtime friends and colleagues at Vince McMahon’s 80th birthday celebration in August.

We send our best to Jerry Lawler and wish him strength and a full recovery.
