Jey Uso is setting his sights on Gunther as he navigates his solo path after parting ways with The Bloodline post-WWE SummerSlam. Despite securing the Undisputed Tag Team Titles with Cody Rhodes, Uso is now eyeing individual glory in the singles division.

“The Intercontinental Championship is my top priority right now. Gunther better be ready. Whoever’s over there, he might like the Tribal Chief, but look at what I’ve done to the Tribal Chief. I don’t care, let’s make that happen. My dad held the IC title, my uncle Umaga was an IC champion. Shawn Michaels, my favorite and the greatest wrestler, Razor Ramon, they all held that Intercontinental Championship. I’m aiming for that. That’s Pay-Per-View material,” Jey expressed in an interview with Billboard.

Both Gunther and Jey are set to compete at WWE Survivor Series. Jey will participate in WarGames, teaming up with Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, and Sami Zayn against Judgment Day and Drew McIntyre. Meanwhile, Gunther will defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship against The Miz.
