John Cena Reveals the Toughest Move He Has Ever Taken – John Cena, who has endured more than two decades of punishment inside a WWE ring, recently opened up about the hardest moves he has ever taken throughout his career.

Speaking during a Q&A at FanExpo Boston, the former WWE Undisputed Champion reflected on his battles with some of wrestling’s most dangerous opponents. Cena has been slammed through tables, hurled from ladders, dropped with countless RKOs, and taken repeated trips to Suplex City courtesy of Brock Lesnar. But according to Cena, the toughest blows are the ones no one sees coming.

“Man, do I want to make so many jokes right now? I think anything you’re not expecting, because when you have a chance to brace for impact, at least you can brace for impact. When something comes out of nowhere, it catches you by surprise. Yeah.”

The 16-time World Champion explained that preparation is key in minimizing damage, and when that chance isn’t there, the impact becomes far more painful.

Cena is currently on the final stretch of his WWE retirement tour, with only six appearances left before he hangs up his boots. His next stop comes this Saturday at Wrestlepalooza, where he will face Brock Lesnar in one of the most anticipated matches of the year. Given Lesnar’s reputation for unleashing unrelenting suplexes, Cena may be in for yet another painful trip to Suplex City—this time on one of the biggest stages of his farewell run.
