Former WWE star Layla has revealed that CM Punk unexpectedly came up with the name that would eventually define her successful partnership with Michelle McCool.
Speaking on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Layla recalled how WWE officials had begun pushing for a formal name for the duo after they had
