Matt Cardona Out of Action with a Torn Pec – As first reported by Sean Ross Sapp on X (Twitter), Matt Cardona has suffered a torn pec and will be requiring surgery to fix the injury.

Cardona last wrestled as part of Joey Janela’s Spring Break, presented by GCW. He defeated “Blue Kane.”

Cardona has competed on the independent circuit since being released by WWE on April 15, 2020. Since his release, he has captured a multitude of titles including the NWA World’s Heavyweight Championship and the GCW World Championship.

Cardona also recently wrestled in his dream match against Adam Copeland for the AEW TNT Title.
