Nick Khan Says WrestleMania Ticket Prices Driven by Demand, Addresses Saudi Arabia Plans

Nick Khan discussed ticket pricing for WrestleMania 42 and WWE’s global expansion strategy during an appearance at the SBJ CAA World Congress of Sports event in Los Angeles.

Speaking about the cost of attending WWE’s biggest event, Khan made it clear that pricing is determined by demand rather than a fixed internal structure.

“We’re feeling good,” Khan said. “Last year we set records, which we set the year prior to that. So this year we think it’s going to get close to that record, but fingers crossed…

The marketplace dictates the ticket price,” he added, noting that even lower-priced tickets are often resold at higher rates due to strong demand.

WWE previously set attendance and revenue records at WrestleMania 41, and Khan indicated there is internal confidence that this year’s event in Las Vegas could approach or surpass those numbers. WrestleMania 42 is scheduled to take place at Allegiant Stadium.

During the same discussion, Khan confirmed that WrestleMania 43 is planned to be held in Saudi Arabia, marking the first time the event will take place outside the United States or Canada. He pointed to WWE’s ongoing partnership with the country as a key factor behind the decision.

“We’re doing WrestleMania next year in Saudi,” Khan said. “First time ever, WrestleMania will be outside the United States or Canada, and we’ve had a big, fruitful partnership with them…”

Khan also addressed criticism surrounding WWE’s events in Saudi Arabia, minimizing the impact of negative reactions.

“When we go, it doesn’t have to be only here. Our fans will tune in… no matter where we go.”

He further described critics as a “vocal minority,” adding that WWE’s decisions are ultimately guided by performance metrics.

“Ratings, revenue, and relevancy.”

Khan’s comments highlight WWE’s continued focus on maximizing demand for major events while expanding its global footprint, even as debate continues around some of its international locations.
