Plans for the upcoming WWE Hell In A Cell reportedly changed a few day ago because originally the only matches that werescheduled to take place inside the cell were the U.S. title match and the Womens title match, according to Tuesdays Wrestling Observer Radio.As seen on last nights WWE Raw broadcast it was announced thatthe Universal Championship match between Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens will also take place inside Hell in a Cell.The current card is as follows…- Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship.- Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte for the WWE Raw Womens
