WWE NXT Results 3/10 – NXT Women’s Championship Triple Threat, Hendry & Borne Face Saints & Page

Welcome to Wrestling Inc.’s live coverage for “WWE NXT” on March 10, 2026, coming to you live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida!

With “NXT” Vengeance Day now in the history books, Jacy Jayne of Fatal Influence will be putting the NXT Women’s Championship on the line as she defends against Zaria and Sol Ruca in a Triple Threat Match. Zaria unsuccessfully challenged Jayne for her title during last Tuesday’s episode of “NXT” thanks to the match ending in a no contest due to Ruca’s interference. All three women then came face-to-face at one another at this past Saturday’s Premium Live Event in a verbal confrontation that turned physical and also involved Fatal Influence stablemates Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid.

Myles Borne became the new North American Champion on the February 24 episode edition of “NXT” when he dethroned Ethan Page and fended off the likes of Vanity Project and Ricky Saints with some help from Shiloh Hill, Hank Walker, and Tank Ledger. Saints then challenged Joe Hendry for his NXT Championship at Vengeance Day, and although Page attempted to aid Saints, a miscommunication between the pair led to Hendry retaining his title. Following such events, Hendry and Borne will be joining forces with one another to take on Saints and Page.

Bully Ray Reveals Only Problem He Had With WWE Raw Segment Involving CM Punk, Usos

Overall, Bully Ray delivered a glowing review of the promo segment, especially as it elicited a rare response from him, a decorated champion and veteran to professional wrestling.

“The Usos and CM Punk did a phenomenal job last night,” Ray said, “and how do I know that? Because as a 30 plus-year veteran of this industry, they made me feel last night. Now, I’m sure you might be saying to yourself, ‘Well, yeah, Bully, don’t a lot of wrestlers make you feel?’ Not that many anymore at all. Not many people can move me emotionally in one way, shape or form. Not many can make me forget that we’re watching sports entertainment.

“Last night I sat in my hotel room watching this segment and I found myself moving forward in my seat, which shows a physical reaction to the things that I’m hearing. I found myself inching up to the edge. And the thought going through my mind were two words: hit him. I wanted Jimmy and Jey to blast CM Punk right in his mouth.”

Eventually, The Usos did strike back, with Jey initially shoving Punk before Jimmy fired off a right hand that sent Punk crashing to the mat. From there, Jimmy held his twin brother back before the situation could escalate any further.

In less than six weeks, Punk will defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Reigns at WrestleMania 42, emanating from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Punk and Reigns have no shortage of history as they met in the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble as well as a triple threat match at last year’s grand event alongside Seth Rollins. As Punk mentioned on “Raw,” his history with Reigns’ family as a whole extends back even farther.

AAA Star Nino Hamburguesa Fired After Striking Fan At Independent Show

Since WWE first moved to purchase AAA almost a year ago, the only controversies have been onscreen related, from AAA fans rejecting El Hijo del Vikingo’s Mega Championship reign last summer to those who wondered whether WWE would Americanize the lucha libre product. But that changed a week ago, when video emerged of AAA luchador Nino Hamburguesa having a physical altercation with a fan in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico’s Arena Aficion, prompting many to wonder if there could be repercussions.

There were. Bodyslam+ reports that Hamburguesa was fired from AAA due to the incident; luchablog has also confirmed that Hamburguesa was let go from the promotion. While news is just getting out now, both Bodyslam and luchablog suggest that AAA talent was informed of Hamburguesa’s departure on Friday. Neither AAA nor Hamburguesa have commented on the matter at this time.

In the video, Hamburguesa could be seen giving several light elbows to a fan sitting in the front row before proceeding to lay one last elbow into the fan before getting into the ring. It is unclear what the fan did, if anything, to provoke Hamburguesa’s actions, though Bodyslam’s report suggests that Hamburguesa had been heckled by the fan. Though incidents between fans and luchadors aren’t uncommon in lucha libre history, the incident going viral, plus WWE standards being implemented into AAA, are believed to have contributed to Hamburguesa losing his job.

The 30 year old Hamburguesa has spent most of his career with AAA, having first debuted for them in 2012 when he was just 16 years old. Over the course of his career, Hamburguesa captured the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships with Big Mami, but arguably reached his career pinnacle in 2025, when he won the Rey de Reyes tournament by defeating El Hijo del Dr. Wagner, DMT Azul, and El Mesias.

Report: Brock Lesnar Doesn’t Want To Lose At WWE WrestleMania, Opponent Still Unknown

Creative plans for WrestleMania 42 have reportedly been up in the air for quite a few matches on the card, and a new report indicates a possible issue behind one match yet to be set in stone. According to a report from Ibou of Self Made, on “Self Made Sessions,” Brock Lesnar reportedly does not want to lose on “The Grandest Stage of Them All,” or anytime ahead of his retirement. When a fan on the show asked Ibou who Lesnar’s opponent will be at ‘Mania, Ibou said that WWE doesn’t know.

“Here’s the problem. They know that the audience wants Oba [Femi],” Ibou explained. “Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman essentially have communicated to WWE and WWE creative that Brock should not job until his retirement. So, that presents WWE with a unique issue. Because, [Paul “Triple H” Levesque] would like to book, at some point, GUNTHER vs. Brock and Oba vs. Brock. But, if he books those matches, Brock would lose in both matches.”

Ibou said it put everyone in a “conundrum,” and that’s why it had been suggested in the WWE writer’s room that Lesnar should face LA Knight. The rumor of that match began circulating mid-February and WWE fans voiced their displeasure about the possibility online. Ibou said that he thinks the match might end up happening, however.

Lesnar and Heyman issued an open challenge to the WWE locker room to determine Lesnar’s ‘Mania opponent on the February 23 edition of “WWE Raw,” where Lesnar’s TV appearance dates ahead of the event were revealed. Lesnar is rumored to retire at this year’s SummerSlam, which will be held in his adopted home state of Minnesota, the location of his alma mater, the University of Minnesota.

AEW’s Jamie Hayter Shares Thoughts On The State Of Women’s Wrestling

Over the past ten years, women’s wrestling has rapidly advanced, with women-only promotions like STARDOM, SHIMMER, and Women of Wrestling. As a former AEW Women’s World Champion, Jamie Hayter knows what it feels like to be on top of the division, but according to Hayter there’s still more ground to cover.

“There’s not a lot of all-women promotions anywhere in the world, and I think an integral part of being a wrestler is being around other women,” she said during an interview with “SoundSphere.” “It’s great to learn from men and to train with the guys, but I really like being around women.”

Hayter explained that there’s a certain level of kinship with women that’s been a huge part of her career, and because of this, it’s important to highlight women in the industry. Hayter began wrestling in 2015 and noticed the ways women were beginning to be taken seriously.

However, at the same time, Jamie Hayter thinks that there’s still a microscope placed over them.

“If you have a bad match, then it’s like ‘Oh my god, you’re the worst wrestler ever’. Whereas a guy could have a bad match and it’s like, ‘Oh well,'” Hayter said. “Or, if you don’t look a certain way, then they don’t like that either.”

Hayter is currently teaming with Alex Windsor as the Brawling Birds. They defeated the debuting IInspiration on “AEW Dynamite.”
