AEW Looking To Turn MyAEW Into Worldwide Wrestling Hub

AEW Looking To Turn MyAEW Into Worldwide Wrestling Hub

AEW President Tony Khan has revealed that MyAEW is being positioned as a long term worldwide destination for professional wrestling content, with plans already underway to expand the platform beyond AEW and ROH programming.

Speaking during the post Double or Nothing media scrum on Sunday night, Khan discussed the recent addition of One Fall Wrestling content to the streaming service. He explained that bringing the promotion onto the platform was a natural fit due to its connection with QT Marshall, who works both as an AEW talent and executive. However, Khan made it clear that this is only the beginning of a much larger vision for MyAEW.

According to Khan, the service is aimed heavily at international subscribers, though it also operates domestically in the United States. He noted that the platform already contains a large library of wrestling content and confirmed AEW intends to continue expanding its offerings by partnering with additional promotions in the future.

“MyAEW is primarily focused on international [subscribers], but we do have the domestic service. And it has a lot of great content, and we plan to feature wrestling from multiple promotions,” Khan said. “We’ve just added QT’s great promotion, we have One Fall Wrestling now, but we’re looking to add other promotions to MyAEW and make it a hub for pro wrestling all over the world.

“Of course, for a lot of fans, it’s already become a great destination. It’s been a key part of our international strategy, but also here in the US, there’s great promotions we can make available on MyAEW. Still, we have all of our focus here pushed toward HBO Max and Warner Bros. Discovery.”

The MyAEW platform was officially unveiled earlier this year and effectively replaced TrillerTV for international viewers outside the United States and Canada. Subscribers in those regions are able to access AEW television programming and ROH content through a monthly subscription model, while premium tiers also include AEW pay per view events.

In North America, MyAEW currently operates as a FAST streaming channel featuring archival AEW programming on a continuous live stream. Fans can also access select AEW and ROH content on demand for free, with 1FW events now available at no cost as part of the growing library.

The Georgia based 1FW promotion recently gained attention after Darby Allin made a surprise appearance for the company, further strengthening the ties between AEW and the independent promotion.

WWE HOFer On Danhausen: ‘He’s Everywhere’

Danhausen seems to be the talk of the town in WWE since his debut a few months ago, with Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff raving about his potential to do even more.

Bischoff had previously praised Danhausen, and following recent reports of the WWE star receiving praise from Triple H and Nick Khan at the WWE Town Hall, he predicted that he could do even better if his character isn’t overexposed.

“We talked about this a little bit before, but I think as long as they don’t overexpose him, I think he can be a constant thread in and out of any storyline. Look at the way they’re using him on ESPN. He’s crossover entertainment, and he’s so versatile, and the character is so versatile, and it’s so much fun. I am so impressed,” he said on “83 Weeks.” “The value is doing what he’s doing, with the NBA and ESPN and his, you know, the interactions he had with Stephen A. Smith, and I mean, this guy’s everywhere and it’s fun and entertaining. It’s such a rarity. I’ve never seen it before like this,  especially, like I said, [for] a non-wrestler.”

Bischoff also made a bold prediction about Danhausen’s merchandise sales, stating that he will almost triple his sales by Halloween later this year. He thinks there’s potential for the WWE star to match one of the biggest merch sellers in WWE history, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.

“I’m going to go on the line and say there’s about a 95% chance that he’ll triple his merch. Take what it is this month, I predict right now, he’ll triple that two and a half times multiple 2.5 by the end of November. His Halloween business is going to be freaky good. You’ll be reading Stone Cold Steve Austin peak merch data point comparisons,” Bischoff added.

He also had some praise for WWE management, stating that he would like to meet the person who saw so much potential in Danhausen and have a conversation with them.

Kevin Knight Attacks Darby Allin After AEW Double or Nothing 2026 Main Event

Kevin Knight Attacks Darby Allin After AEW Double or Nothing 2026 Main Event

Kevin Knight shocked the AEW audience at the end of Double or Nothing 2026 by attacking Darby Allin immediately after the AEW World Championship main event.

The show closed after MJF defeated Allin to win the AEW World Championship for a third time in a brutal, physically draining match. Following the bell, Allin was placed on a stretcher as MJF stood over him holding the championship high in celebration.

As Allin was being removed from the arena, TNT Champion Kevin Knight rushed to the ring, forcing MJF to retreat up the ramp. Knight appeared ready to confront the new champion, climbing the ropes and shouting toward him from the ring.

However, the situation took an unexpected turn.

Instead of helping Allin, Knight climbed to the top rope and delivered a frog splash onto the stretchered Allin, leaving the audience and even MJF visibly stunned by the sudden attack.

The moment came after a recent show of respect between Knight and Allin. On the go-home episode of AEW Dynamite/Collision, Knight had stated that Allin was the only person he fully trusted to represent AEW against MJF. Allin had also recently defeated Knight’s tag team partner, Mike Bailey, further tying their stories together ahead of the pay-per-view.

Knight’s post-match betrayal now raises major questions about his alignment and intentions moving forward, adding a final shock to an already chaotic Double or Nothing 2026 main event.

MJF Wins AEW World Title at Double or Nothing 2026

MJF Wins AEW World Title at Double or Nothing 2026

MJF captured the AEW World Championship for a third time at Double or Nothing 2026, defeating Darby Allin in a brutal main event that also saw him retain his hair in the high-stakes stipulation match.

The bout opened with Allin immediately taking control, using quick offense and multiple side headlock takeovers to ground the champion. The pace escalated quickly as Allin sent MJF to the outside and attempted a tope suicida, only to crash when MJF moved and the challenger clipped the ropes on the dive.

MJF began to shift momentum with targeted offense, including a powerbomb onto the apron and an avalanche piledriver attempt in the ring. Allin continued to fight back, landing a Coffin Drop attempt later in the match, but MJF repeatedly found ways to escape high-impact situations.

One of the key turning points came when MJF drove Allin onto the steel steps with a package piledriver, swinging control firmly in his favor. Despite that, Allin refused to stay down and responded with multiple Scorpion Death Drop variations and a Coffin Drop from the scaffolding area, keeping himself in contention.

The match spilled across the arena, with Allin continuing his high-risk offense while MJF relied on counter-wrestling and opportunistic strikes. At one point, MJF even used ringside personnel as part of a counter to a suicide dive, showing his willingness to bend the rules to survive.

In the closing stretch, both men exchanged submission attempts and signature moves. Allin nearly stole the win with another Coffin Drop, but MJF countered at the last moment by forcing a collapse and creating separation.

MJF then sealed the victory with an avalanche piledriver followed by a side headlock variation to secure the pinfall and regain the AEW World Championship.

With the win, MJF not only becomes a three-time AEW World Champion but also avoids the stipulation that would have cost him his hair.

Kyle Fletcher Returns and Turns on Konosuke Takeshita at AEW Double or Nothing

Kyle Fletcher Returns and Turns on Konosuke Takeshita at AEW Double or Nothing

The second match on the main card of Double or Nothing 2026 saw Konosuke Takeshita challenge Kazuchika Okada for the AEW International Championship in a bout that carried tension beyond the title itself.

Both men entered the match as members of the Don Callis Family, with Don Callis watching closely from commentary. Despite the shared alliance, the competitive edge between Takeshita and Okada was clear throughout the match.

Takeshita ultimately secured the victory, capturing the AEW International Championship and becoming a two-time titleholder. However, the situation escalated immediately after the match during an in-ring confrontation involving the rest of the faction, including Rocky Romero and Mark Davis.

The moment took a dramatic turn with the return of Kyle Fletcher. Fletcher entered the ring and came face-to-face with Okada before the rest of the group backed away, creating a tense standoff. He then shifted his attention to Takeshita, initially embracing him and raising his hand while presenting him with the championship.

That show of support quickly proved deceptive.

Fletcher suddenly clotheslined Takeshita, dropping the newly crowned champion. He followed up with a brainbuster as Romero and Davis held Takeshita in place. The assault continued as Fletcher struck him with the championship belt, leaving Takeshita laid out moments after his victory.

The post-match angle confirmed a major shift within the group, as Takeshita is now officially out of the Don Callis Family.

Outside of AEW, Takeshita continues to hold the NJPW World Television Championship. Earlier in May, he aligned himself with the Hontai faction during Wrestling Dontaku, adding another layer to his ongoing career developments across promotions.

With a new title, a faction split, and a betrayal from a returning ally, Takeshita’s situation has quickly become one of the most talked-about developments coming out of Double or Nothing 2026.
