Elsewhere on the card, James thinks Finn Balor will dethrone Seth Rollins to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

“If you’re a betting man, put your money on Finn Balor,” James said.

Overall, though, James says Money in the Bank is a prime opportunity to create long-term storylines, especially for the winners of the Money in the Bank briefcases.

“It’s one of my favorite premium live events of the year just from a vantage point of a lead writer kind of thing. This [event] really can make a person and have a great story … If that’s the right person, and it’s the right person buddy[ing] up against the champion, I think that’s storytelling. What a huge opportunity to tell a great story for the next nine months.”
