At Sunday night’s SmackDown LIVE-exclusive WWE Battleground event, The New Day, represented by Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods in the match, defeated The Usos to become the brand new SmackDown Tag Team Champions.
The victory marks The New Day’s first reign as champions on the brand.
